digestive issues .

ad

has anyone encountered digestive issues when bulking. this is my first bulk in which I'm experiencing acid reflux problems.i never had this issue I have tried a few remedies but as of right now I have not gained weight nor has the issue gone away. I'm currently taking in 6k calories . fats are low for the amount of calories I'm consuming. I have tried slowing down while eating my food consuming more water. lemon in my water. added digestive aid and fiber into my supplement. I have eliminated muffins thinking it was sugar related issues or just trans fats. I'm 5'9 209lb currently cruising on 300mg test e. I did a full blood planel a month before this issues has occurred. liver enzymes are in normal range . blood pressure is slightly elevated if that matters.

excuse me for late reply as work has been hectic. I'm well aware that most of the board and member frown upon using gear under the age of 25. I was 19 when I started my first Cycle I ran halo drol. highest dose I went up to was 75. second cycle closer to 20 entering a show which I won. ran test 500 mast 300. third cycle when I was 21 test 500 dbol 500mg mast 500. my last week's I swapped test e for test p and added whinny. 3rd cycle entering nationals in miami I ran test mast and halo. I pct and got of gear for a year considering I was finish school. 23 I finished my cycle running 1g of test 600mg deca 50mg dbol which I had to stop 8 weeks in. my girlfriend aka wife now got pregnant on cycle. recently I ran test tren. ran close to 1.5grams totatl I pct using hcg tormefiene and Nolva . I recovered quickly but I dropped from 235 my heaviest down to 200. i waited 4months before deciding to hop on. my test and estrogen were at base level free test on the low end. I was a soft 200 compared to my 230 where i was lean and hard. I ended up getting my wife pregnant again.

This kid is Benjamin Buttons, age changes more frequently. was 24 in 2012 and now 3 years later he only aged 1 year. Im staying away from this one considering that and cruising because he lost his gains. Not worth your time Bro. Happy new year btw!

It could be due to cruising on 300 test a week at 25 years old. Thats a permanent cycle by the way not a cruise. Why are you cruising at your age anyways?
Did you ever do a PCT and lost all gains? whats your cycle history? When did you start your 1st one?
whats your bf? How long have you been consuming "muffins?" whats your total macros per meal I dont want to know everything you eat in one day either.
Answer those questions and I will bluntly tell you what your problem(s) are/is.

my most recent cycle I couldn't hold on to the size. I listed my cycles above. I've been consuming muffins to make up for the calories as juggling family and work has been a lot since my wife is pursuing her masters.. my macros are all over the place I usually eat cook for the entire day the night before and break up bulk into 5meals. I usually get one "junk" meal make up for the fats and carbs such as steak and cheese, pizza or just whatever my wife will cook. most likely a Macedonia dish. I've been supplementing with prebiotic and lowering my carbs a bit and increasing my carbs which has been helping a bit. most of my carbs are from.jasmine rice. I'm consuming around 700 carbs 400. my body fat as of right now my doing the skin fold method and using the machine read 14 scale read 215

And yet he was 24 in 2012... I'm staying away from this one...

Maybe he was born on a leap year? I knew it was flaky. They just dont get it.

Self prescribed TRT probably, especially at those dosages. I know certain people do not respond well to Test and need higher dosages, but unless bloodwork backs it up those are few and far between, not to mention under the supervision of a specialist to get their T levels 'normal.'

A shot of ACV (apple cider vinegar) after and inbetween your meals as needed helps heartburn, or try otc heartburn meds like prilosec or zantac. 6k calories and you're not gaining? You're either too active or not really eating 6k worth of calories. Someone is going to come along and ask you what your diet looks like.

X2....omeprazole

thanks for the input I have not tried that actually. a fellow member said it could be cholesterol related issues. I have not tried what yiu have recommended actually. I wouldn't mind putting in my diet . my diet could use some work but I'm fairly busy so I have to get in some dirty calories . I do hit 6k easily but as this issue has occurred which has been 2 weeks now I'm missed 2 meals since it gets worse towards later in the evening. I tried antacid otc meds it did work temporary. I have yet to try b12 in both froms of capsules or injections
