+ 1 Picking brains for a good test e 500 mg pct

Making this post to see what you guys think about a good dosage for my pct.
I'm currently 5 9', 240 lbs... Was 225 when started 500 my test e cycle... I'm on my 6th week, strength started increasing week 4.. Gained 15 lbs so far, no bloat...I'm doing a 12 week cycle, no sides, I get woodys at least 8 times a day for no reason or for just checking out a girl lol. I am taking 12.5 mg of aromasin twice a week to keep up with gyno estrogen related issues..(however don't have any)when I do pct I will be adding bcaa's and Humanafort along with Clomid and nolvadex which I have on hand and was wondering what would be a good dosage for them. I hear nolvadex 20/20/10/10 Clomid 50/50/50/50.... Also I take
Milk Thistle & N-Acetyl Cycstine (liver)
Saw Palmetto & Nettle Root (prostate)
Hawthorne Berry & Celery Seed (blood pressure and joint lubricant)
Red Yeast Rice (cholesterol)
Fish Oil
Multivitamin
Whey protein

bigmurphYou gained 15 pounds by wk 6 no bloat thats really good what type of work out and diet do you use on cycle also is this your first cycle or have you ran multiple cycles good choices on your supps im guessing you're using protein also how many grams a day from powder one more question you take aromasin 2x wk have you ever used adex if you have how does it compare to the aromasin any pros and cons between the two

Maybe add some hcg next time at 250iu every wk to keep all those gains
This is my first cycle, I've seen and read up on aromasin and I picked it becasue of the estrogen rebound arimidex can give you.also yes I do take evilly protein after my workouts. 3 days a week I drink a protein shake for breakfast that covers of my protein, chia seeds, natural pnut butter, spinach and flax milk.. So I take it 2 times a day 3 days a week. I figured it's a test only cycle so I didn't even think about using hcg... Thank you very much for the info as well.. Btw I do one body part m-f however when i get to Saturday I do one legs, with one body part from during the week..(one week I'll do back twice, one week I'll do chest twice and one week I'll do shoulders twice... I make sure I don't leave the gym until I have at least 28-32 sets and 6-8 workouts
What chunky said. Also for future cycles KNOW AND HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR PROPER PCT , after all it is the most important part of your cycle bro. Just a heads up, hope cycle goes well keep pushing!

Ok that sounds good, that's what bigmurph said... Ok I guess that what I'm doing then, also I'm going to start taking bcaa for my pct and Humanafort
