Bodybuilding on Atkins Diet?

I've tried everything. I've read hundreds of articles in virtually every bodybuilding mag about all sorts of diets recommended by the pros... but it seems like the only diet that doesn't make me just pack on body fat is the extreme low carb/high protein diet approach of Atkins.In fact, if I'll consistently pack on fat if I go beyond the 20 carbs per day recommendation of the induction stage.

I'm 6'0", 210 lbs and about 12% bf. My gear consists of 1000mg test E/week, 200mg deca/week. I make sure to get a minimum of 250 g protein/day, but pay no attention to calories (I eat A LOT when on atkins) or grams of fat.

My problem (catch 22) is ...

1) I can't seem to come off atkins without instantly packing on the body fat.
2) It seems that I can't get past the plateau of my current muscle mass while on atkins.

Should I listen to the diet recommendations in the mags, balance my micronutrients at 40/40/20 (or some other variation) and bite the bullet of instant body fat gain hoping it'll balance out over time... or is there another, smarter approach to take?

I have the same problem if I try and up my carbs too fast maybe try reintroducing them slowly like 25 grams a week till you get where you want them

Thanks, man. I'll look into those.

It sounds weird, but there is a chance that coming off Atkins, I was taking in fewer calories.
