New to eriods but not new to gear.

Hey guys I'm new hear and I've always bulked up and will be getting new gear soon to cut and it will be my first time cutting and the gear I've chooses are winny, Clen and var. I'll be doing a 12 week cycle and my diet is clean, I'm 511 about 260 lbs with 20% body fat. I always wanted to be big never cared about being cut but now I do. If there is anything you guys could recommend me besides what I've chosen for my gear for cutting would help greatly!!

5'11 and 260? I'm not a pro but I'm in my forties and have been around this for a long time and I'll say that is massive for that height because I'm about the same height. At 20% body fat and that weight, it sounds like diet is BY FAR your best option. Those compounds are better suited for someone who is already lower body fat count but needs that extra push to get extra ripped, etc. Sorry, but there is just no avoiding diet...hand down the most important thing here

Welcome aboard. None of that is going to get you cut. You will be disappointed if you think it will. The fact that you've always wanted to be big and now want to cut to me indicates that your diet is what really should be the focus.

You are on the wrong path, but ur in the right place...post diet, bro...

For you to lose weight, u need diet modification and cardio and weight resistance.

U dont need ANY OF THAT CRAP

Query Harris Benedict Equation and calculate.BMR...then decrease that number by 500 and factor in your activity level...post that number and we can keep.going if i do it for you its gonna take a while today cuz i am doing laundry...lol..welcome to eroids
