-1 One cycling mistake you did, and learnt it's lesson?

Let's talk about our mistakes here so others benefit reading and avoiding.
Mention your age at that time, BMI, your gear, your mistake and it's results/sides, and what do you suggest?

What lesson i learnt...hahaha i suffered from deca dick for around 6months...i abused mylself with stacking diffrnt steroid without proper knowledge...imagine a married man taking viagra almost evry night at the age of 30yrs...but thankgod m perfectly allright now.Now i am being over cautious wenever I start my cycle...i prefer not to stack many salt at the same time...play easy is my strategy now!!!

I learnt that it takes years one way or another. And the gear is nice, working out is nice, but if you dont put the right food in you mouth, your wasting your time and money. Unless you like the big,fat, and bloated look. Hard work pays off.

Took way too much gear thinking it would give faster results and ended up with a ton of sides that took a while to go away. Couldn't sleep more than an hour or two a night for a week from heart palpitations. More is definitely not better with this stuff

Bro, I'm uncomfortable with this topic with you as the OP. Since you are not of age to receive steroid advice from this community, posting topics using the subterfuge of gathering general information about steroids for the betterment of the community when it may in reality be something you want to know for the cycle(s) you're not on isn't good form. I would feel better if you posted a diet and / or training question since you are too young to use gear. I'm not accusing you of being deceitful but your topic certainly opens the door for it.

Not eating right... wasting gear.. food is everything.. the best part about it is when you find overdosed food, now that is good shit, no lie!

Nothing else should be said.....number 1 mistake people make, they don't EAT. And I don't mean rice chicken and sweet potatos. I mean cheeseburgers pizza whole eggs fried rice and fried chicken with sweet potato fries. Washed down with a milkshake. Eat all the "clean" food you want and stay under 200...

You're under 25 and weigh 155. Eat plenty of calories. Use natty test levels. My mistake was using before 25.
