How to convert my blood work file from PDF to jpeg to post?

Ok need a little assistance here. I got my pre cycle blood work back an need some help interpreting the numbers, but first I need help with how to post it in pictures area where your suppose to post them?
I got my test done by labsmd. when I go to save them it only lets me save them as a pdf file. And the site does not let you post pdf files only jpeg or other pic files. So what am I doing wrong? Thanks for your feedback.
Ok after a little further looking into the matter I figured it out. But now I can't load more then one picture? And it keeps asking me for my source name like I am trying to post pics of gear, but I selected the lab test from the pull down window?

If you have a newer version of windows you can use the 'snipping tool' to crop a section of your screen and make a new pic.
Click on the windows button and look under accessories.
What I like about it is you can cut out over 2 differen pages.
View it on your mobile, take screenshot and then crop out your info.
You can also double click on the pdf view and it will be copied. In MS Paint, just hit paste.
hunteron20sI either print it out then take pics of it ..or i do a screen shot ..
I usually use the print screen button, upper right on key board.
then open paint, and hit the paste button.
You screenshot will now be open in paint, you can crop and black out data from there. save as jpeg or gif.
