I would like to address a concern around here (as well as in society in America as a whole). When the hell did we become so sensitive? There are certain words in the English slang dictionary that are taken way out of context and claimed by groups of people who go out of their way to be offended (borrowed from GOTH) Lets review,...

Now I don't know when this was claimed by the homosexual community. I guess at some point before my time, someone was called a faggot and it just stuck. But lets dissect the word, shall we?

This one kills me. To "Retard" is to slow down or be slow. It doesn't mean that you are mentally retarded. Mentally handicapped, I don't blame you for stealing this word but rather your caretakers. I worked at a community center many moons ago as a form of community service and this realization came to me when I saw two mentally challenged boys laughing and poking fun at each other and one said "You We todd".
