Hey folks. Like the title says, what kind of music do you guys prefer while you're at gym. My favorite is heavy metal like metallica, sodom, motörhead, megadeath, system of a down..... sometimes kind of harder techno.

I have been back on a COC kick the last few days.. Word is they are reforming with Pepper and working on a new album.
Heard that as well....he has been touring alot with down
And down is okay. But I like what Pepper brings on vocals as well as guitar. COC is one of them bands that I have continued to listen to since I was a teenager. Timeless
I agree pepper does make coc better, down is awesome (not pantera) but still good. What pisses me off is that all their studio albums are horribly mastered it all sounds muffled. I been on an Alice in Chains kick lately all the old stuff with layne....
AIC will always be in my top 5. I just cannot get behind the new lineup tho. AIC died with Layne. I agree n Down being mixed muddy too. I am just not a huge fan of Phil Anselmo so that has kind of been my hang up with Down.
I listen to a littlr bit of it all. As long as my pre workout supps workin. Shit im ready!

lol, seriously I love that tune damn classic, but mainly it's Waka Flocka channel on Pandora. Plays a lot of good gangsta rap, and Machine Gun Kelly! I like slipknot and real heavy shit, but that's for more of those night when me and my buddies would get shitfaced and kick the hell out of each other.
