brain fog from taking sus 250 ?

hi guys i am 10 weeks into my cycle not my first i am taking 750 mg of sus 250 per week and about a week ago i got real stressed out on a job at work and got all dizzy and from that point i have been getting the dizziness coming and going feels like i have a heavy weight on my head and foggy brain kinda its a real unpleasent feeling i hav been to my doc and had bloods and eyes checked everything seems normal except obviously my test levels are through the roof i am thinking of coming off my cycle
i am 25,82cm tall, 93kg
has anybody experienced any of this before it would be great to get some feed back

OK UPDATE I HAVE HAD CT SCAN RESULTS SHOW NO PROBLEM HAVE HAD MY BP CHECKED REG AND NO SIGNS OF HIGH ESTO

little update got my blood pressure checked after work today at medics and was fine 130/70 i did feel alot better today but still muggy in head a bit i am due for another shot today 11th week how should i taper off anyone got any pointers and is it a bad thing im taking exemestane every 3 days is there any pros on here that really know there shit ?
There is no need to taper off. If youre concerned then just stop.
Sounds like high estrogen, and then i see your taking aromasin e3d when it has like a 9 hour half life in men. Get bloods.
I have had bloods done all levels are fine except high test 220 i think it was doc know im on sus 250 because i told him from the start

what you mean mate thats what it was 215-220 i got the paper work at home i will see if my bro can get it he didnt adivise me of high estro i dont have problems with hyration i drink atleast 5l of water a day

Go see your family doc bottom line and be straight up with them for proper diagnosis!
Is there any history in your family of heart arrhythmia? You actually could be suffering short bouts of SVT or even worse yet wide band arrhythmia. I would say if indeed there is a history you need to come off cycle asap and see a cardiologist. No matter what though you def need to start monitoring your bp levels constantly. I take enough beta blocker to stop a horse's heart and dont even get me started on calcium channel blockers. The point is your heart is serious, and dizzy spells are most likely linked to it somehow.
There is no history in the family of any condtions . So im unsure what is causing This but i think i will come off i havent had my 11th shot yet i was going to do a 12 week cycle how should i taper off what dosage should inject for the next 2 weeks my test is sitting at 215 at present. I have pregnol,clomid and nolva for my pct i will do the pregnol for the firat week after last shot then start my pct 15 days after my last shot does this sound right ?

Im also drinking plenty of water 3l to 5 l every day without fail . I am awaybon a mine site had to fly back to work now . I only have znanax on hand when i take this it takes the edge off i will try to get my bp checked again today.
MY BP WAS HIGH ONE DAY THEN WHEN I WENT IN THE NEXT IT WAS NORMAL DOC SAID . I HAVE DONE SIMLIAR TEST CYCLES WITH DECCA NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE .I THINK I AM GOING TO TAPER OFF NOW AT WEEK 11 ANYONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WITH HOW TO DOSE IT ? I HAVENT HAD MY ELEVENTH SHOT YET

100 percent that your blood pressure is fluctuating.....dropping from high to low, get yourself a monitor and keep an eye on it and get the relevent meds to take control, if BP is reading as ok then could be a sign of slight dehydration....whats your water intake and other fluids per day
nobellabsIt can definitely be related to an elevated BP.
We should all monitor our BP when doing a cycle. I personally check mine a few times a week. If it is elevated, I will monitor on a daily basis, if it is high and stays high I will drop or lower what could be the cause.
It does sound like it could be related to blood pressure like the guys said below. How is your BP? Many steroids will elevate BP and it needs to be managed. I have a home BP machine that u can get from your pharmacy and I need to use Rx blood pressure meds when I cycle just to give u some perspective on this.
Could be high estrogen symptom, get that checked.
Bloods and eyes checked. Should we assume you had bp checked as well? Whats your cycle history? Have you done a similar cycle without the lightheadedness? Hows your hydration?

also up to my 11th week 1st shot im doing a 12 week cycle by the way and i have been have 12.5 mg of exemestane every 3 days throughout cycle i need to taper off so how should i structure this for the next 2 weeks of cycle ?
i was doing 3x 1ml shots a week for the first 5 weeks then went back to just 2x 1.5ml shots per week up until now
who told you to take exemestane every 3 days? I think you got it confused with arimidex
