redNblue, the link in your OP leads to a page saying the content has been deleted or moved. The link to another post where you link to where the e-book was moved to says it is no longer available. So it appears that it has either been moved again or it has been taken off the net.

Glad you found it helpful, I think it as gone un-noticed by many, great resource.
Unnoticed largely because of the lack of 'traffic' to this section of the site. If you had posted it in the 'General' section, it surely would get lots of attention, and get you a lot of karma. But you actually did the correct thing by posting this in the correct section. A lot of users incorrectly post everything in the general section... and most times, it will be allowed to stay there.
I see, I might do a post on the general section then, just re-directing people over here.
