Strange injury.. comments and opinions needed

So my last injection of my last cycle was about 2.5 weeks ago... i hit a nerve and had some PIP as well for a few hours.. the very next day i went to do chest and i normally do 225 12-14 reps easy and I got it for 5.. an awful 5...
i realized my left arm was wayyyyy behind my right arm so it threw off my balance completely. I didnt lift chest or shoulders for another 10 days or so until i went to try again today and same thing.. my left arm is way behind my right arm.. even when i was doing tricep extensions my left arm was lagging behind.
Never had this problem before ever and not sure if it has anything to do with that injection but its killing most of my workouts and my weight is plummeting now.

You have a pinched nerve from the injection. You need physical therapy for it. I have a nerve issue from my neck injury and my left side is so much weaker and smaller than my right.

Fuzzy vision? Numbness on same side extremeties? Headaches? Dizzy?
Nope none of that.. just range of motion and strength in my left arm/shoulder is far weaker than my right
My left arm doesnt go as far behind my back as my right does when i try to stretch it as well
It honestly could have nothing to do with the pin I just thought it was super odd right after I fucked up the pin and had some discomfort that my arm died
