I'm close to 6' weigh 228lbs with abs but yet every time I look in the mirror I see small.When I'm out in public in a tank top or at the beach without a shirt I see people staring and whispering to each other.Friends, coworkers and complete strangers make comments on how big I am. I wonder how big I have to get until I'm satisfied with how I look. The only time I remotely feel big and muscular is when I have a nice pump going at the gym,
I'm aware of the muscle dysmorphia syndrome and I wonder how many other members on eroids may have it?

I just wanna say I understand what your saying. No matter what anyone says you'll only see small. I believe that's what makes us strive to work harder. I see a built , buff , large man.

I have dysmorphia but i see myself too fat or i see every flaw ...but then i say im 47 and should be damn happy im healthy then i let it go til im naked in front of the mirror again...its kinda a game i play with myself i think im finally starting to win and cut myself a break and embrace my body as it is and thank god im not sick like so many people i know are....

nos88228 at 6 foot is small. Theres alot of guys around 5'8-5'9 floating around that weight or higher at serious gyms.
228 at 6 foot is a weight achieved naturally in a year.
