I have a power rack and 350lbs of weight in my garage. When my son was training for HS football we would load the bar up with the 350 and walk the entire perimeter of my yard with it. "3/4 acres" We would do 3 sets of these. Anyone else have any off the wall hard core exercise they have done?

Lets see, occasionally I'll take a 45 plate out back and grip it at the top, both hands, then toss it like the keg toss as hard as I can as many times as I can. That's an asskicker! I'll throw 225 on the old bb and do what I call three-fers. Three reps rack the weight calves on the end of the bench together immediately pull chest to the bb 3 times. Proceed till smoked. That's an ass kicker! Hold the ladies 8lb dbs and beat the heavy bag with solid 1-2's till arms are jelly. That's an ass kicker. Lay on the bench, hold 3 45's stacked at 9 and 3 and press turning the wheel to the right then press turning the wheel to the left...go till it hurts. Asskicker!
The Wife tried the bus driver today and she loved it. She did it with a 25jb plate
Awesome! New exercises give an awesome pump and bring up the strength for sure! I'm doing wall to wall today! Annhialate my traps!
I have a new one I call the 4 corners. I take the 120's and shrug for 5 reps then walk to each corner of the gym with them repping 5xs in each corner. It's an ass kicker for me and I use straps.
You tell no lies brother! ASS KICKER! I dont have straps but I hung on till my hands and forearms gave out! Can actually feel a little soreness in the traps! NICE!

Fk yea like it! I'm in my garage and corners are "used". I'll call it wall to wall and give this a go for sure!

It varies brother. Solely, mostly two times.
Nobody likes me so they don't comment. Lol. I like the off the wall workouts. Can build up some crazy strength
Well if ya weren't such a dick lol! No but definitely! You incorporate an outta the box exercise or movement and definitely watch the standard lifts increase.
