-1 Add some strength and size
TRAINING SPLIT:
I hit all bodyparts twice a week., except legs. My day 1 for the bodypart is normally a heavier mass and size gaining workout. I perform lots of basic lifts with free weights, but still do a lot of sets. I am a believer in volume even when going heavy. My day 2 for the body part is more of a high rep high concentration training. My average rep range is between 12-15, sets are still high, but i really focus on destroying the muscle and doing slow concentrated reps gwith lighter weight. Regardless, one rule that is always to be followed... DO EVERY SET TO FAILURE! ALWAYS! Go beyond and push, you want size you want muscle you want to be ripped and diced, then you have to work your ass off and walk out if that gym pumped and in pain!
My split looks like this:
M:Chest (heavy)
T: Back (heavy)
W:Arms (heavy)
T: Shoulders (heavy)
F: Chest/Back (lighter/higher rep)
S: Arms/Shoulders(lighter/higher rep)
S: Legs full

If you want size you need to build legs. Squat, squat, squat. Plus if you keep this plan up your going to look like sponge bob.
thetdog623837lol, what wrong with the spongebob look? ha ha ha
So you must have huge legs ??
