How to mix my HGH with Bacteriostatic water

So, I have 10 vials of HGH. Each vial containing 10 IU's of HGH also have another bottle with 20ML of bacteriostatic water, From what I understand im supposed to mix about 1ML of the sterile water directly into the powder then extract that and put it into my empty 10ML vial I have on the side, then add more sterile water to it to dilute it more? And if so, do I then just add 10 ML of sterile water to make a total of 10 IU's of hgh?
The one vial contains 10 IU's of powder, how do I make that 10 IU's of injectable liquid?

what is the difference between insulin pins and regular ones?
Can I just use regular ones? or are there gauges to measure solution different some how?
What about the pins them selves what's different between the two which is my main question.

I've done google searches and can't find a definitive answer for a noob like myself. I am really itching to buy some hgh soon for my shoulders grinding clicking. started with the right one and now the left one is starting to click but no grinding yet. I can't really bench press anymore either.
thinking of doing 5iu ed for about 2 months or as much as I can afford. probally just try one month with the for now. because funds are limited. I know most people think it won't be worth it but I just need to try it for now and gain some experience till then I will be doing nothing but research.

I do 5iu of Hyges so I mix the 10iu with 4iu of back water. Then I take 2iu into the needle but it equals 5iu of hgh

You don't need the vial on the side.
Look there should be 10 little vials with powder in them. Each vial has 10 international units (IU) of HGH.
No matter how much water you add, there will ALWAYS be 10iu HGH in the bottle.
Let me say that again. It doesn't matter how much water you put in, there will always be 10iu.
Stats? Age height weight? Bf? Previous compounds you have ran?

Add 1ml of BAC water to your little 10iu vial of HGH. Let the BAC Water slowly run down the side of the vial...the vial should be under a vacuum so it should suck the water outta the syringe for you. You're gonna be using slin pins for all of this BTW. Now you have 1ml of solution equaling 10iu's of HGH.
So aim the needle to the side when you put it in. My first time the water just went straight at the Gh without my pushing. It bubbled up a little bit but settled down quickly.
Put 1 ml into your 10iu bottle.Keep it in that bottle and every 1 is 1iu.The 1 on the needle 1iu the 2 on the needle 2iu and so on up to 10iu depending on your dosage.Dont shake the hgh let it swirl and break down.
