Where do you like to run your test with EQ? High or low?
Just curious as I see some people recommending different test dosages - from TRT to moderate around 500/600 - to be combined with normal dose EQ at 600-800. Outside of the obvious staying more dry/hard aesthetic factor, why would you run say 250-300/wk test E instead of 500-600/wk with a standard 600-800mg dose of EQ? Less sides? Better results?
What's your personal take on it for those of you with experience?
Sure I can ( and do ) read what's written across the internet at various places and what's scattered here, but nothing is more valuable than hearing from guys with personal experience explaining why they choose A or B. What should happen theoretically vs. what actually happens sometimes different lol.
This is nothing I have any intention of jumping into anytime soon, if at all it'll be towards the end of the year. I've warded off 19-nors for good and EQ seems like a viable replacement even if it's considerably weaker. Not trying to be a bodybuilder anyways.

AnonMore or less was just curious how you guys generally felt on running test higher or lower with regards to estro sex drive gains etc. pros and cons of each more so than planning the actual cycle dosages/duration right now but alright. Right now 300 test/ 600 EQ looks ideal to me on paper lower estro and should still have good sex drive in theory. I'm NOT rushing into a cycle I'm making some slow gains just fine without anything since I've lost muscle.
priors - A few moderately harsh cycles I had no business using but I did use them "properly" as in it would all get approved in cycle log section if age wasn't a factor. Admittedly I did not get bloodwork quite as often as I should have but when I did everything was perfect every single time except when I did tren E for 12 weeks my cholesterol was off. Support supps from A-Z year round. I did not abuse AAS to land myself on TRT at a young age however I DID start using things I had no business using not all that long after going TRT. My first real "cycle" was done after I started TRT not before. I did five blasts in a bit over 2 years about ranging from 8-12 weeks, each with much more time off than on inbetween. Always used ancillaries correctly. Stupidity with a sprinkle of logic mixed in here and there. Test stand alone, test with winny finish, test p / tren ace changed to NPP, Test/trenE, test/deca. Last cycle ended 10/2013. Never exceeded 400mg/wk of tren or deca, never exceeded 600/wk of test.
I'm done with 19-nors, even Deca since I cannot use prami/caber anymore as it interferes with my ADD meds. I like Deca actually, but I hate Tren.
CURRENT STATS: Down a lot for the reasons below. 201 lbs. probably 15% BF and 5'11
GOALS: Get back up past 210+ while being no more than 11-12% max BF. Also focus much more heavily on cardio to fix the damage seemingly done by tren.
I had two surgeries one in November and one in January, and lost a LOT of muscle from not being allowed to lift on doc's orders. I am still 201 lbs. but I've gained fat too it's a big LBM loss. Clean/mostly clean bulk. I'm training now again and making progress without drugs.
I want to get much more involved with cardio ( pank may have inspired me fkin beast and a half ) and make it a much bigger part of my game. I can't run because of injuries but I'll do moderate-intensity low impact for longer time periods. I feel that tren really did damage my cardiovascular system, I still get irregular heartbeats and my BP never went back down all the way to normal, neither did my resting heart rate. I'm out of breathe too easily and was even before the surgeries made me even more out of shape. I really want to change that.
Rustyhooker300/600 is just what I'm about to start. Ive done 600/600 then midway drop to 300/600. Just depends on goals. 16 Weeks will get your gains and goals with lil issues. Manipulating the test can change goals to more wet bulk then liwer to dry up and finish hard. After injury...your plan will be sweet! Bout week 8-11 the appetite will explode. But with a slow grow like eq it lets you recover/heal as you're growing. After injury if you chose a huge mass cycle your strength boom would land you back into surgery. Your on track! AnonCool deal thx for the feedback that sounds like exactly what I'll do drop the test midway TRY to clean it up and somehow figure out how to not get fat since my appetite is relentless as it is without Bold or anything else. Growing is never ever a problem for me it's managing to keep carbs down below 300 and cals right under 5,000 very very hard for me with anything in my system.
RustyhookerIf you do the manipulation you'll get the mass. Cleanup....anavar kills my appetite. Last time on eq i finished with last 6 Weeks up to pct with var at 50/day split and mast prop 100eod. Just beware that var for me boosted strength a ton! So on recovery keep reps at 8+.

AnonI quit using orals some time ago because they demolish appetite.... sounds perfect I'll throw in some var to screw up my stomach at the end for the cut lmao. I was trying to think of something to use as an appetite suppressant but all that came to mind was stimulants no way I'm going there. Good idea with the Var thanks. That kind of thing would never occur to me because ya know..... I don't cut. More or less just try to stay right at 12% about
I really only go heavy on legs.... and since one of those surgeries was fixing a hernia... won't be doing any of that either. I actually only strength train when cruising outside of legs I gave up on the ego shit long time ago I'm in this for life I want to feel good in 10 and 20 more years. I'm running a 20 week 600T-650EQ cycle right now. I'm at week 11 and up around 7 lbs, but my strength has gone through the roof. I have had zero sides and my estrogen hasn't risen into the range were I would even need my AI's. Like you I have boycotted 19-nors, and this has been a good alternative for me. Side effects are nil and the leaning and vascular promoting factor is spectacular. Safe and effective.

Don't forget to donate blood on this cycle. Your hematocrit is going to become unmanageable right-quick. EQ elevates hematocrit probably more than any other AAS.
AnonThis was my main concern ( and RBC ). A member here got some overdosed EQ and ended up just about not making it. I'd get bloods once a month both during and after cycle + donate as needed. Would definitely want to see just how much things change over time for me personally.
I'm actually in the process of writing a post on blood donation and AAS......... one of the things that I recommend for EQ is donating a few weeks before the start and then as soon as possible (typically 56 days) again. If you don't stay ontop of that you can run into a lot of problems.
It's funny because RBC increase is higher with primo than most other steroids
