+ 2 The BEST IM injection Location please read

ad

ok so if you want better concentrations of any type of fat soluble substance when administering into the Muscle the best spot is the Glutes then 2nd the Vastus lateralis. Its due to the great number of Lymphatic vessels located in these area, compared to the delt and pec where there is less
I know People love injecting the delts and pecs but its not efficient and your not absorbing it
heres the proof

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/9103484/

that picture corresponds to that study if you see the full text article

So not saying the Pec and Delt injection don't work Im saying its wiser to inject Gluteal and vastus lateralis

Props to OmNom and J223 for educated me on new sites for injecting will rotate more sites
There are other places as well with alots of lymph vessals

Knowing J and omnom, I'm pretty sure the last thing they expected here was for you to grab pieces of info from them and go jump off the deep end. Even tho that's sort of the pattern for you.

You're overly complicating how you're going about your cycles bro. It's only your second one and you're already toying with 19's. Your overall behavioral process has you in the mindset that it's all about the gear and more is better. You don't need tons of gear, numerous compounds, or to stick a needle in every tissue of your body. You need a basic understanding of basic compounds paired with some self control. Keep it simple dude.

Am I the only one that sees two different esters on that graph? Two different esters, 2 different spots, 4 different injections, and two different amounts.

PP: 4ml in glute

Deca:
- 4ml glute
- 1ml glute
- 1ml delt

Pretty common sense that an area with greater circulatory vessels will contribute to an increased rate of absorption. Actually, I'm surprised as fuk that the kid at least got the mode of absorption right (lymphatic). But being a med student having just completed lharmacology, I'd think he'd understand how the ester plays a role in these hormones becoming active. No matter how fast it's absorbed, you're still at the mercy of the paired ester.

But let me ask you this OP - and I have a feeling I'm gonna regret even coming to another one of your posts - if pinning the delt doesn't allow for optimum absorption, what do you propose happens with the fluids being injected? They don't just dwell in the interstitial spaces. That would cause infection and possibly cellulitis. All interstitial fluids are absorbed via the lymphatic system.

Rotate your pin sites or you're going to have some nasty ass knots.. and they do not just go away after a week.. Also pinning through scar tissue is extra painful and even more annoying to push the needle through so I don't think it's worth only having 4 places to pin.

OmNom's picture

That made me pucker my ass lmfao

When you get a knot in your ass the size of a tennis ball I bet you will reconsider injecting glutes and lats only.

j223's picture

you do realize they used the fast ester with the glute injection right? the difference when used with same ester is actually not that drastic.

Ignore this post. Yes some places absorb better than others but site rotation is more important so don't only inject glutes

He was trying to be helpful which I think is great.. so lets at least take that for what it is and correct him if needed.. Attacking his physique does nothing to help any one here

I'm one of the delt pinners =] I love the fullness it adds to them especially when they're pumped

it's not like that man remember eroids is not about insulting the appearance of other members just something to keep in mind we are here to help bros out

I hit each of my biceps in 3 different spots - 6 locations
I hit each tricep in 2 different spots - 4 sites
I hit each lat in 3 different spots - 6 sites
I hit each delt in 1 single spot - 2 sites
I hit each pec in 4 different spots - 8 sites
I hit each glute in 3 different spots - 6 sites
I hit each quad in 8 different spots - 16 sites
I hit each calve in 2 different spots - 4 sites
I hit each ventroglute in 1 single spot - 2 sites

total sites - 54

there is no reason to only hit quads and glutes. site rotation is important!!! You will find out if you ever do a short ester steroid with daily injections...

Crash dummy... Smh

careful with calves though that's a pretty dense muscle group. Also has a good amount of nerve endings. Well the quads do too, legs in general have lots of nerves you got to watch out for but with experience you will learn which spots are good and which aren't

j223's picture

if he only injects glute then he's going to have so much scar tissue formed that NONE of it will get absorbed and the risk for abscess is highly increased
