why bros? why wont these idiots listen? I always try to point gym bros the right way but, most of the time these idiot won't follow through.. i'm sure you always hear guys that are on "var only" cycle to cut.. D'bols off cycle.. cutting down while eating junk food.. no cardio is needed attitude... the next mofo that i have a convo with is gonna hear the real truth of what i think and trust me its not going to be pretty.. its gonna be something like this "listen you fat lard bastard, you will never look good, you will always look 6 months pregnant.. your fatness must have gotten in the way of your listening skills,, you need to forget the juice, the carbs, and hit the treadmill until, you are fit enough to go up the stairs without loosing your breath" or "look spaghetti arms when you start picking up the fork for every time you look in the mirror then maybe, you will start growing.. you will never be big enough because, you will never eat enough to be big"
