FantasiathescammerI went to county for a few months for a probation violation years back. Coffee at breakfast, sleeping all day, taco Wednesday, 4 new movies every weekend, front row seat to fights, and a library full of books. Not bad at all. My only complaint was my cell mate - he never put out.
I find it odd, you say it is bullshit, etc, but not "I didn't do it". Sometimes when you fuck up you just own it.
I didn't do it and they couldn't prove it. I even had censored and innocent is in the title if you didn't notice that

It is the title, and I realize this has been edited since your original post. It was just an observation, you talk about it being harsh because you had no record, for me that was a red flag as well. If I am innocent sentencing and my previous record isn't where my attention would lay.
Did you have a police report on the iPad being stolen before or after the pics were posted? This is very important, if your Ipod disappeared after the pics are up or even questionably after the pics were up you are toast. Regardless, I hope you learned from your mistake and keep your photog skills on stuff that won't potentially get you locked up. Hopefully you are just getting away with a misdemeanor and not a felony.

Hey bro sorry to hear this shit. Get ur ass into the gym everyday until your sentencing. Yes walk big try to make friends quick. Remmember every fight in prison is like fighting for your life. Pick ur fights wisely dont be afraid to sneak a knee to the groin.
Sorry to hear, it also helps to get family involved to maybe get some public attention. I have to ask, was it a jury trial or did the judge make the final decision? Also try to stay busy while locked up, it isn't as bad as they want you to believe. Take the time to go to educational classes if they are available. The only thing I can think of, if your appeal goes through, is to hire some specialists, maybe that designs websites, that can explain about finding the computer it came from, since it could be anyone with the internet, and that's everyone these days. Have pictures taken of her with every random guy she is with, to bring her credibility into question. The more guys she is with the more suspects they will have to doubt your involvement. I think the judge assumed that only you could of had access to the naked pics and that she wasn't hoeing around, which is ridiculous. This isn't the 1950's. Try to stay positive, it should work itself out in the end.

valhallas bestidk how the jails are where u are butmy dad has been through the system and u sound like u might be going into protective custody but i dont know the charge but just keep to urself and try to stay out of the riff raff and youll be str8 bro! everybody goes through trials and tribs and this sounds like one... just try to make the best of it if u do go thats the most important thing n do lots of up downs and dont take no shit from no one!!!
Im out for now but ive got a retrial ahead of me... its just bullshit to give someone that long when ive never once been in trouble and they cant prove shit
valhallas besti definitely feel where ur coming from brother!! but just remeber right now ur chillen at home and u have ur freedom... u could be in jail right now going to trial in shackles u know... my dad was in the pen bro goin through court dates tryna get his release date in shackles n 1 court date he didnt even get to see the judge because of too many ppl and they pushed his court date for 3 months ahead he was just sittin there...

Yeah we are getting it appealed. It was just one sided from the beginning and they didn't have any evidence to prove I was guilty just probable cause
If that's the case, find the most bad ass defence attorney and hire him. You get what you pay for. Best of luck!!!
