Select protein is as good as I'd expected. Top Notch. Excellent flavor. Everyone is making awesome recipes with it, the snicker doodle lends itself to many other guises heavy in nutmeg and cinnamon. Great mix of whey conc/isolate. Outstanding product yet again.
