+ 3 Bam-15
What’s up guys?
Real talk – who here has run BAM-15? This mitochondrial uncoupler is getting a ton of hype as a fat burner that ramps up calorie burn like DNP but without the extreme heat or scary sides. Sounds like a solid metabolic boost while keeping your food intake and muscle intact. Share your experiences:
What doses did you use and how (oral, injected, stacked with anything)?
How did it feel? Did it fire up your metabolism and melt fat, or was it underwhelming?
What results did you see? Scale weight, body comp changes, any sides like lethargy, heart stuff, or that weird tomato smell some guys mentioned?
Would you run it again? Why or why not?
Drop your logs, bloodwork, before/afters, the good and the bad.

Update- I’m taking 30mg 3 times a day, my energy is real low indicating energy expenditure at rest. I lost a ton of weight over night even while eating heavily. I woke up starving at 2am and ate 5 peanut butter and honey sandwiches. One negative is that anytime I stand up after sitting or laying down I become extremely dizzy like I’m going to pass out.
You should check out ATX-304… I’ve been doing some research myself and it’s very cool. I may try it out here soon I found a good source with good COA’s
Yes that compound looks promising I never heard of it so thanks for sharing

unseen423This is a really good DDT Method podcast regarding fat loss compounds and he talks a lot of BAM and SLU.

Just thinking out loud here…
BAM-15 is similar to DNP in the sense that it’s a mitochondrial uncoupler. It can absolutely increase energy expenditure and accelerate fat loss, but I don’t see it as something particularly sustainable long term.
What’s interesting is that it’s almost the opposite philosophy of compounds like SLU-PP-332.
BAM uncouples mitochondrial respiration, making the mitochondria less efficient and forcing the body to burn more energy.
SLU-PP-332 does increase mitochondrial biogenesis and activity, essentially improving the machinery responsible for energy production and fat oxidation.
That’s why I’ve never understood some of these “fat-loss blends” combining both compounds in the same vial. Mechanistically they’re pulling in opposite directions.
As for Slu, I’m running 60mg daily right now (20mg x 3 doses) and honestly it’s been great. Energy is up, recovery feels better, and overall activity levels naturally increase.
So basically, it does increase caloric expenditure. If you’re already deep in a deficit, it’s completely normal to feel a little more tired and a bit hungrier. At the end of the day it’s an exercise mimetic…you are literally increasing energy demand.
Pairing it with reta has been phenomenal for me because the appetite control offsets a lot of that increased hunger while still allowing the fat-loss benefits.
Curious to see more real-world logs and bloodwork on BAM-15 though.
I absolutely love SLU Pp 332 one thing I’ve noticed is with cardio it’s super easy for my to control my heart rate with breathing. If I do sprints when I would drop down my speed it would take me a good 3 mins to get my heart rate back down and controlled with SLU it takes about 30 seconds
Nice write up, as usual
I’m absolutely ignorant to peps so all these write give me valuable insight
I would look up vigorous Steve he has some videos on it I don't think it the best for your health from what I recall
When I heard it compared to DNP it definitely caught my attention but at this point I ran too many damn research chems in the past year time to give myself a break lol but commenting here so I can see so others experiences
Gainz411I never heard of it until now. Thanks for bringing this to light. I’m going to do some research on it. Sounds interesting!
It should prove to be a phenomenal fat burner.

Gainz411Thanks for the article! I spent the last 30 mins reading up on it.
