going cold turkey is also pretty dangerous and tends to do more harm to then brain in general. A sudden change in chemistry is never a good thing. Gradual changes are best for the body, it makes things easier and allows your brain time to "reset"
not to mention some drugs are extremely dangerous to go cold turkey. ssri's - serotonin syndrome, benzodiazepines - seizures, permanent brain damage, impaired cognition, panic attacks etc. opiate withdrawal can cause death in extreme cases.
when the brain has a massive imbalance, bad things happen. going cold turkey on powerful drugs can induce that imbalance faster than the brain can respond to.
take your time. be safe. taper/ween off slowly.
I was a IV meth, coke, heroin, "whatever-I-could-shoot-up addict" and alcoholic.
When I lost everything and was at my lowest, I was alone, teary-eyed. I quite literally said out loud to myself, "I give up. I can't do this anymore".
At that moment the song "Bridge Over Troubled Water" started playing on the radio... I never looked back. It was my miracle. I seized the moment.
When you're weary
Feeling small
When tears are in your eyes
I will dry them all
I'm on your side
When times get rough
And friends just can't be found
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
When you're down and out
When you're on the street
When evening falls so hard
I will comfort you
I'll take your part
When darkness comes
And pain is all around
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Sail on Silver Girl,
Sail on by
Your time has come to shine
All your dreams are on their way
See how they shine
If you need a friend
I'm sailing right behind
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind
your the man Greg!
AnonThat's hardcore man major props. It was my understanding that the withdrawals from subs are pretty bad, but I have no experience so I can't say. Fortunately I've never experienced serious physical addiction only behavioral/situational with cocaine/alcohol (lots of it) and all I had to do was remove myself from that negative party environment completely. Definitely not the most difficult thing to do, just sucked to lose 98% of my supposed "friends". Absolutely nothing compared to what some of you guys have recovered from obviously. I consider myself very fortunate to have gotten my head straight relatively young before shit got serious.
GearofWarI'm working at it my brother. I'm down to 2mg strips per day. I asked her to lower my dose and she looked at me like I had 9 heads. I guess most patients typically ask for MORE not less. I know doctors get paid for pushing shit onto patients but, damn. Where are your ethics?
AnonWow that's just disgusting man…. but not surprising sadly. Somehow they think just parking people on subs/methadone forever with no exit plan is actually a solution what a bunch of BS.
Is today, the 25th day 1 or day 2?
mr127superdeefor me day 3 and feeling strong

Good luck to anyone participating. Sounds like a great idea!
FantasiathescammerI quit causally drinking two years ago . The first 30 days were the hardest
Well I have nothing that Im going to quit however, I did quit drinking 5 months ago. I was spending ruffly 8 dollars a day 4-5 times weekly on a 6 pack of beer. That's 32$ a week at four 6 packs a week and 128$ a month. 2,400 cals a week and 9,600 cals a month. I went from 192 to 162, 30lbs and feel amazing! Now I spend my money on gear, sups and food! Good luck on this challenge whom ever takes part! Godspeed!

Give them a vote if you find it helpful.Permalinkmr127superdeedamn dude that doesn't sound like its worth it...good luck
I know bu i probably wont be able to avoid it. First time running Nandrolone so im a bit paranoid thinking im not gonna get a hard regardless. However this is a good challenge and i wish you all good luck!
mr127superdeelisten i hear what your saying but i just feel responsible to tell you if this drug ends up effecting you in this way you should stop. if you cannot regularly fill capillaries and veins in the penis to maximum limits regularly it will shrink over time look up why cialis is given to diabetics.
I might just be a bit too worry. Not all react the same to this compound. Hoever i might go ahead and order some Cialis just in case.
BigBmajGood luck.
Sup Dee. I no longer suffer addiction but while I wont be taking part I wish you and whoever else jumps on board, all the will in the world !! Good luck homie.
mr127superdeeThanks brother i need it. Day 3 i was supposed to throw out all the alcohol in my house today but literally cringe at just the thought. Still haven't drank a thing and fought the urge when i saw a bottle of jager in my freezer. im staying strong so far
mr127superdee2 days after a 400 dollar night at the strip club and 20 rum and cokes i am done and have no interest as of yet to have another drink. went on a 20 minute walk today just to meditate on my decision to commit to this 30 day trial and the things that alcohol have fucked up for me. I am an alcoholic and one drink is never enough and enough drinks are too much so im through with it.
aylmejor400?? Holy shit bro! Is look at that as gear money and that be all the motivation I need.
Good luck tho many of us have been there. Go to gym on weekends helps a lot!!!
To the real alcoholic, one drink is too many and a million never enough...
