Gyno months after end of cycle?

ad

Ok long story short I have small hard lump under my left nipple. My pct (following test only cycle) has been finished for about 2 months now. Took aromasin all throughout cycle and pct. No nipple issues at all until like a week ago or so. I had blood work right at the start of pct about 17 days after my last pin and estrogen was at 30.2 (in normal range).

My nipples are not itchy, sore, irritated, or painful at all. Isn't gyno almost always itchy or irritated? The only other explanations that I can find are that it is a cyst, ingrown hair, or breast cancer...

Wanted to get some thoughts before I schedule a doctors appointment. Thanks guys!

Question for all:

I'm lost, cannot find a straight answer. I have painful lumps under both my nipples and I haven't ran test in over a year! Ran Test E (500 per week for 14 weeks) took adex (.5) on cycle and nolvadex and comid post (forgot the doses but ran properly). I had lumps and pain before cycle and the pain went away on, lumps even seemed to reduce in size. Now they are back, more painful then ever and I fell the lumps spreading under my pecs, I'm about ready to get consult from a Dr. I haven't ran anything (test, boosters, prohormones in over a year. Is there anything I can do to cure the pain and maybe reduce the lumps a bit? Has anyone ever had such painful lumps/gyno that they cant have any pressure put on the nips, period?

Does anyone have any advice?
Best type of doctor? (for surgery or getting levels checked?)
Alternative solution? (AI's?)

Thanks guys!

You are correct. Glad you're going to the doctor and getting it checked out.

I have read the thread below and noticed that letro was mentioned as a course of action. Let me just break this down how I see it form my honest and experiential opinion.

1) Letro is great for gyno flares and should be used as a last result. It has higher rebound then any other AI so if you take it for 3 weeks and it diminishes the lump you will have to go on to a less strong AI to mitigate rebound issues. So you would have to go back to something like aro or adex then onto nolvadex for a couple weeks.

2) Your labs were in line and appears as though you did everything by the book. The only exception is you did not run labs after your PCT to see what your other levels were. If you continued aro during pct and did not do nolva for an additional two weeks or so then there could possibly be a rebound issue but I doubt it.
If your FSH and LH levels are not back to where they should be and your test was still above high range along with the fact that your E2 was within range (Your E2 was within range because your were taking an AI so they weren't normal), your setting yourself up for a rebound situation. That's why we take labs before PCT and after so we know how successful it was in bringing our levels back to normative ranges.

3) If this was your first cycle you learned something about how your body reacts to gear. That being said everybody's body is different. On the cycle you described without a proper PCT it takes the average athlete 6-8 months for natural levels to reach homeostasis. Without knowing what your PCT exactly was or how you did your shots we do not have the whole picture. If you took HCG in excess that too can convert over to E2 causing latent gyno flares. On the other hand if your FSH and LH were not back to normal at the time you completed PCT and your E2 was still low and your test still relatively high then when the Ai wore off you left yourself wide open. If you took a shot every 4 days at 250 thinking you were doing 500 a week then after twelve weeks it would take ~75 days to clear your system. That's 75 days of Test E cleaving off a couple mg a day of testosterone into your bloodstream. You might be extra sensitive to this well after the fact of PCT and are reacting to that test resulting in latent gyno flare ups. Let me be clear it's not as though at day 30 past your last shot you will have 100 mg floating around your system it is more like 57 mg. For most that is not a problem but for you it may be all that is needed to induce a gyno flare.

I would get labs done now and see what my levels are before going to a doctor. You did get labs before your cycle to establish a base line right?

Did you happen to run hcg?

hormones are un balanced and fluctuating, it happens, run nolvadex for 2 weeks @ 20mgs, that will do the trick, your body is still trying to reach homeostasis. (spelling)
