+ 2 14 Day Extreme Fat Loss Guide!

ad

Wanted to share a very nice and efficient weight loss diet with you all that i came across the other day on the web. Currently on the beginning stages of the diet myself but it seemingly has tons of great reviews! Will re-post back after my 14 day completion to let you know my personal results.

Days 1-3

For the first 3 days, each day you should consume 1.75 to 2 gallons of water. Your diet should consist of only Tuna, Turkey and greens. (preferably broccoli)

Days 4-6

For these next 3 days, each day you should consume 1 gallon of water. Eat as much greens as you want, you can also switch to steaks and chicken.

Day 7

This day you should consume only half a gallon of water and pile down a relativity good amount of carbs (preferably sweet potatoes and brown rice)

Repeat the process for no longer than 14 days, and be sure to drink your water evenly spaced throughout the day to prevent water intoxication.
Also if you're doing intense cardio or workouts try to not make your Day7 land on a day of too much intensity due to the low fluid intake.

Note- Make sure to take a multivitamin throughout the day to help your body through the need of nutrition.

-Supposedly this works by resetting and hyper-activating the metabolic cycle, so if you've been stuck in a fat-loss plateau this should help immensely! Also by your body not having a good amount of carbs throughout the week, on Day7 when you finally give it the carbs its been craving, it'll just absorb every bit of it.

I'd say give it a go...what's there to lose? Knowledge is power, so is experience. -GoHardOrGoHome.

Not to sound like a negative nancy but this is basically a little cleanse/ detox with food. It also is manipulating your carb and water. Using the term hyper-activating your metabolism is what rustled my jimmies because this won't do that -- this will clean your gut out, make you poo, flush you out, get good carbs in you, then fill you out while not retaining much water due to restricting it. It's like doing a mini non-intense contest prep 2 weeks in a row. May as well call it carb cycling and water manipulating.

It'll make you look good, but I wanted to make it clear for those who are a little more naive that this isn't going to change your life -- it's a fine way to take a good look at your current standing physique.

This is a pretty intense diet i must say. I did this and lost 7 lbs. and I was completely shocked! for my cardio i did the stair-master for 40 minutes on calorie burner setting and then did some weight lifting 3 sets of 15 then after i was finished with that i ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes speed 8 incline 3 and was literally sweating all over. This really works and I thank you for this.

Is there a certain amount of calories or portion size to aim for, or is it just aim for the proper calorie deficit your body requires?

GoHardOrGoHome's picture

Proper adjusted calorie deficit for your body, wouldn't want to drop calories too drastically and end up hurting your body bro. Good luck if you're going through with it!

Just a modified keto/carb diet. 100's of ways you can incorporate carb cycling.

With out knowing someones stats & activity level plus and drugs they are taking I would never recommend them drinking 2 gallons of water.

How did this end up for you? I am thinking about trying it myself.

Sorry i didn't end up replying back to the thread, results were completely amazing. I honestly didn't think i could lose so much in just 2 weeks. It was honestly the first time i had very defined abs(mostly a 4 pack) then i kicked in some clen for another 2 weeks and i was shredded.

I prefer my diet to this, intermittant fasting all the way, loosing half a pound a day, this is the bee's knees.

Mind sharing some details about your diet? i wouldn't mind trying it after im finished with this 14 day run.

Ok so the diet goes like this:
Through out the day, you dont eat.
-You drink around a gallon & 1/2 of water in this time.
-I dont start eating until 4:30 at which time i have a massive serving of cereal, orange jiuce and multi vits.
-6:00 have dinner, lean chicken breast big serving of greens and potatoes.
-7:30 another nice sized serving of cereal & apples, grapes and banana
-8:00 scrambled eggs (cant eat em raw lol) apple and grapes.

Then nothing but water until 4:30 again.
4:30 - 8:00 is my eating window because it fits into my daily life nicely.

this is Intermittent Fasting.....and if done right works very well! I am first hand proof that it can work. It goes against everything BroScience says and states...but for me this has probably been one of the most fundamental postitive changes I have done in over 15 years of training.
