Vote for dumbass of the week

Button to vote someone for dumbass of the week and give them a tag or something to show they have been awarded this. Basically members could vote for someone that has posted something stupid whether a comment or thread. At the end of the week the some that has been awarded this could either lose karma if they win it more than once or simply have a section where every member could see who has been awarded maybe in the home page to add humor.
