Well bros, after exhausting many different solutions, tomorrow I go under the knife. The plan is for them to go in and shave away a bit of bone to free up the nerve that is being pinched. The region they are working on is the L5S1 portion of my spine. Just wondering of you guys have had this type of operation or know anyone who has. I plan on running gh and possibly tb-500 but not sure. Pretty nervous to be honest, this is my first my surgery and well shit im just freaked out about it. Alright homies any input as far as the tb-,500 goes and personal experinces with this type of surgery would be greatly appreciated.
P.s.Good news though an old waitress i worked with and hooked up years ago is gonna be my nurse and she is gorgeous. #winning!

Aight bros thanks for all the support! So the surgeon said the herniated portion of the disk was in much better shape the expected. However there was a small bone chip/fragment .and thats what was tearing up my nerve ending....but long road infront of me however im ready forge ahead. Start building this body back up!v
That's great to hear man! Rest and recover and you'll come back stronger
Good luck for your surgery and recovery. I'm running gh and tb500 for post surgery recovery at the moment with good results. Drop me a line if there's specifics you want to know etc.
your123manGood luck man. I had a pinch at l4l5s1 area 3 years ago. Lots of rest, stretching, and regular therapy visits, then slowly into core work including lower back for a full year before any other weights. I dont lose feeling in my left leg and bottom foot anymore.
I cant imagine if i had to get surgery. More power to ya tho, get better soon.
I can't help you brother but good luck with your surgery! I'm sure you'll do fine
Thanks brother!
