So for about three weeks now, I've had a squishy knot on my shoulder.
I injected 2cc's test e and 1'cc eq for a total of 3cc's. I inject 3cc's often in my delts and have never had a problem.
I have had no pain, swelling, or redness. Just quite a large knot on my shoulder.
I attempted to drain it(not smart I know) and i had a reddish brown color come out, what i would call puss.
I dont feel bad, I have no fever, and no pain.. What to do now?

You have an abscess. Attempting to drain is actually not a bad idea. However, not knowing what you are doing you need to Go to the doctor and get it fixed. He will drain it and give you anti-biotics.
If you don't do anything about it plan on getting very sick and dying.

I have a lot of zpak at the house, would this be an effective treatment method? I've been reading its fairly strong against abscess and bacteria.
Definitely take some amoxicillin if you can get some. If not, I'd hit the ER!
Sirk1981Take some antibiotics for sure. If you don't have any get to the Dr. and tell him it started like what you thought was a pimple and you tried to pop it a few times. Then take the meds till they are done.
