How to Loose Belly Fat Faster?

One of the biggest questions I get is from people or my clients is "how do I lose my belly fat?"
No amount of sit-ups, pushups, cardio exercise or diet is helping to loose their stomach fat.
Anyone who has experienced or is experiencing this issue and have a solution to it???

tell them to carb cycle.....and run sprints
Diet and HIIT / LISS cardio.
Diet is key - as is genetic and hormonal predisposition of fat storage.
tell them to track their calories, most people dont do this so they get frustrated saying exercise/diet dont work and quit

Diet. It's all about diet. Cardio early will increase metabolism too. There's no way to "spot reduce" so lowering body fat overall is the only approach. That's my experience.
Agree...overall weight management is the best option to belly fat reduction.
If putting in the months of hard work in the gym as well as the kitchen doesn't work for them, or sounds too much like hard work for them, tell them to try Liposuction.
