thanks anbro yeah!.... its all very intense now we are only 2wks out and shes looking like cut glass, and handling the 20/30 grams pr day carbs very well for a change.... we have had a couple of curved balls thrown over the last couple of weeks but all is back on track now thank fk... water depletion next :/ that should be fun (not) lol.
