It says a lot about your character that your up still working out hard even when you're going through all of this stuff.. most people would never be able to continue fitness under that kind of pressure
CleyonIt's all I've got that's keeping me from losing it. It sucks not being able to throw around heavy stuff, but I gotta say there's something about running 3 miles, doing 100 push-ups 200 sit-ups, and then going out and riding 20 miles on your bike. Definitely builds endurance!
Damn you're never going to have trouble with cardio again.. You'll be back to throwing heavy stuff around eventually.. I'll listen if you ever wanna vent =]

CleyonWell, not so much. I had a "sponsorship" offer that dissipated, then I lost my job, and going through divorce ect. So I don't know if I'll get back to doing those. I haven't been able to lift in over a month, fucking gyms expect you to pay your dues!

CleyonIt's all good, I've been getting my cardio in, and doing "bodyweight" exercises. No juice for now, but I'm not giving up on fitness and health. The worst part is I got to 215 at 6% before life went completely to hell.
