in a perfect world, I would advise - as many friends of mine whom are in the health field, cardiologists etc.. to take a baby aspirin every day..they say chew it, and down it. Beyond that, I would say monitoring your blood tests and having routine visits to your doctor would keep us out of harms way. the issue is, most people use and abuse and don't realize "Oh shit, my liver values at 10x normal values" until they get their first set of bloods done after 3 years of cycles with heavy orals.. The main point here is to stay ahead of the game and most of this stuff can be safely used when we act as responsible adults.
