Not sure if I need a PCT cycle

I am 46 and on TRT . Dr prescibed test cyp 200 .5ml EW. After speaking with an HRT dr. i have altered my dosage and added a few extras. HGH adex and doubled my test dose to .5 tuesday friday and adex .5 eod( tried less but got itchy nips, might be underdosed?) Aftr doing some reading and being educated by all you fine people who post, I am feeling a little concern.. I dont want my nads to be undersized. My normal test levels were extremely low before I started my TRT. I am on my 3rd week of the new cycle which I was planning on running for 26 weeks. Should I do a PCT or just cut back on the test? Cut the cycle time down from 26 to 12 weeks? if PCT recommendations? Thanks all!!!!

Thanks rustyhooker for the quick response. by cycle i meant the double dose of test sorry if terminology was incorrect.. The HRT dr. was an email response to my therapy questions . I cant afford his prices !!!! so im doing it on my own. Im fairly new to this and im learning alot from good people like yourself HCG was on his list of meds and I do have some. I didnt have the dosage from the dr. so I will follow your advice on the hcg. I am feeling the best i have in YEARS !! Energy level through the roof dropping body fat libido is INSANE!! increased muscle. Im gonna stick with this until I develop better work out habits. After that the skkies the limit. blood work next week Endo in a month thanks again
RustyhookerAwesome! Most cycles at higher test is simple 12Weeks then cruise. Blood work will dial you in nicely!
RustyhookerYou're on trt which will be a lifetime decision should you choose to feel better and perform well sexually.
Adex....if you used less and got itchy nips then estradiol was too high. If dose keeps you in good range ( by bloodtests) then continue.
Nads.....many folks on trt will use some HCG to plump the nads. Split 500iu mon/thur subq to plump as needed then discontinue til next time. For aesthetics.
Cycle......you lost me on "cycle". Trt is for life. So if you're planning a cycle while on trt, that is possible. You dont need to cycle so many Weeks. Fill us in on your intentions for a cycle or did i mis-read.
