Estrogen REbound

I am concerned about REbound.. I an on TRT at 100 test cyp weekly from my endo.. After consulting with an HRT, I have doubled my doseage of test and added gh as well as adex (.5 x 2 weelkly) I could nold not afford HRT so I did it on my own....
I am NEW to all of this.
I have to see my endo with bloods and went back to original protocal. Afrter more research(thank you all) I found that after stopping adex there could be estro rebound.. THAT SUX!! I I have ordered aromasin but waiting for it.
On that low of a dose of cyp should I be concerned?
When I blast with test e 500 weekly (planning few weeks) Can I start with adex, (have alot). and finish with aromasin to avoid rebound?
Any knowledge appreciated..

don't stress it bro. if you are truly concerned then if you come off adex simply taper the dosage. for example drop to 0.25mg weekly for 2 weeks then once a week then drop. There will be no rebound.
don't freak out over some broscience man you will be fine just be smart about it

I'd be more concerned about having low estro and sides with that some of Adex dose on such a small amount of test.
What's the reason you decided to double the dose after consulting the HRT doc? Idk how yours was but mine took a more wholistic approach at hormone replacement than a regular endo. He prescribed 100mg/wk of cyp, Adex, and hcg twice a week. So, not really understanding the thought process behind doubling your dose.
It was a consultation based on my bloods from endo. was not in person .. it might have been a sales pitch. his actual rec was .4 test weekly, b12 1 ml 2 x weekly, 2ius tev tropin daily and adex. He was not specific on the adex but 40 for six months. Filled in the adex info with advice.
I only 2x the dosebecause hrt dr. second guessed my endo and recommended more aggresive treatment
I have stopped the adex and gone back to .5 test 200 weekly due to endo appt .and bloods. 2.5 weeks ahead.
As u are aware I am concerned about AIs with TRT. adex rebound and avoiding it. I want to run a test e cycl after my endo. I want it to be on point and cover all my bases.
The fact that I have been 2x dose and adex being a little high has me concerned about rebound..

btw hrt did not give dose of hcg. got here and working 250iu 2x week for atrophy when necessary working

Thanks rustyhooker once again. is the adex to start and the aromasin to fixh gtg>\? i had hugh estradiol on 200 cyp after 4 days.. I dont want to grow boobs....My dr. doesnt knoe my plan and i dont want her to know. All back to her protocal no but in the futuere I plan on a test e 500 cycle..
RustyhookerKeeping up bloodwork to map your bodies reactions to conversion will help you greatly. Gh can bump estro too. Some folks will finish cycle with aromasin since it grabs the estro and holds it til excreted. Couple day overlap so that aro can bind will work best imo.
Ai/pct section is a stickie on top thats a good read. Knowing low estro signs as well as high will prove beneficial. Blood testing will give solid evidence to help you adjust
How does gh bump estro?
RustyhookerDont know the full pathways but it does. And with the estro it raises water retention as well. Im sure its dose dependent but seeing high ranked vets having to add in ai to lower that estro. Convos with those vets also suggest because that water retention that a month prior to stage to drop gh as well.
