This is like my 5th cycle but first in ten years. I'm gonna run Test E @ 600mg a/week and Eq @500mg a/week for 15 weeks. I am gonna start adex @.25mg ed after week 2. Pct to be as the norm. Colmid and Nova for 4 weeks-2 weeks after last shot. I just need to remember the dose for that. I think it's clom.100 100 50 50----- Nova 40 40 20 20 Please correct me if I'm wrong. Stats are 41 yo 6'1 245 lbs BF not to sure. eating 5-6 time a day very clean and lots of water. Cardio is good. Let me know what you guys think. Order going in tomorrow. Thanks Bro's........ Thunder

Vewi15 weeks is to short and 500mg of EQ is really low.
eq should be ran a min of 16 weeks @ 600mg (to 800,900 or 1200 a week)
16 is the very min EQ should be ran 18 for better results 20 even better and 24 best results.
IMO all EQ runs should be 16 weeks min for first run after that should be 18-24. and at a min of 600mg a week even though 800 is better and if its EQ 300 which seems to be the norm now.. it should be 900mg a week.
Wow 24 weeks. Wouldn't that suck to then be off cycle for over 7 months if you fallowed the time on=time off rule. I love EQ but I'm planning on 11 weeks with it and 13 test e. I've used it for 10 weeks before at 450mg a week with prop and loved the results. Why is it that I always hear people saying you need to take EQ for so long compared to anything else? Surely it doesn't take 3 or 4 months before it starts working and showing results does it?
from what I understand hunger starts at week 5-6 veins start at 7-8 was told to run min of 16 weeks
I guess 16 to 24 week cycles are more for blast and cruise trt people than people who cycle fully off. Being off for over 7 months would suck

Anybody try frontloading Test E and EQ? Bill Roberts recommends frontloading for both. I've never tried it though.
I would run the test 2 weeks longer than the eq brotha so that the compounds clear your system at the same time. Possibly even taper with prop so you can start PCT 3 days after last injection compared to waiting 15 days because of test e.
It's better to start lower with AIs and up the dose if you need to. For a 15 week run I would recommend HCG 250iu twice a week, this will make recovery a lot easier. Everything else is good.

You can do but you can get away with starting in week 2 or 3. Also it needs to be stopped a week before PCT as it would inhibit recovery.

EOD good to know if nips start to itch go to ed?
JHArimadex does not seem to work great for me even at 1mg ed. I am super gyno prone. Aromasin @6.25 eod works great. Just an fyi depending if ur prone and how much eatrogen u have to worry about in ur own body.
Ace VenturaYes. But keep in mind, an adjustment to your adex dose will take a couple days to notice. So if sides don't go away within approx 48hrs, you may want to raise the dose.
