Taking winny 50mg caps one in the morning one at night. Taking Milk Thistle 3xad What should I take for liv 52? I just got some and don't have a clue how I should dose. Thanks guys....

take it before you go to sleep mate, that way you got 8 hours of it in your system while sleeping, aiding recovery of liver while resting
take one in morning and night same as ur winny caps
