Anyone run medhi's 5 x 5? The dude hates juice so I don't have much love for him. But I got stronger than I've ever thought I could get in 8 weeks. Squat went from like 300 to 495, deadlift even more, and bench was substantial as well. But I didn't get much bigger. I think my core got more solid and I got a much stronger looking physique if that makes sense. Back did get thicker from all the deads. I modified for pull-ups and military press as well. I was taking anavar and that helped the rapid strength gains.
I had never power lifted and it was fun getting so strong. Hard on the body and form got a little sloppy. But it was cool.
(HUH)..... Pro AAS site?... i thought we had ALL done a good grounding natty and learning all the training principles....GOD.. i need a break from this shit :(
The idea that someone uses steroids first in order to get a head start and build a foundation is not without merit. Some people need a jump-start in life. And from there they can continue to advance...
I only agree with this if someone runs some blood work and is up against a wall with low test. Then a TRT dose may be appropriate.
I have recommended gear to people I know were not ready because I knew they wanted results and would quit otherwise. Probably stupid but they all still workout today and they look a hell of a lot better.
