Just quick post so someone can double check my logic / chem math please.
I have a 10mg vial of MT2.
I added 2 ml of bac stat water. Which is 2 ccs. Which is 200 iu.
10 mg = 10,000 mcg.
200 iu / 10,000 mcg = .02 iu / mcg or 50 mcg / iu.
To get a 100mcg dose i would use 2 iu.
To get a 250mcg does i would use 5 iu.
I am planning on front loading like this
Days 1 - 3: 100mcg
Days 4 - 12: 250 mcg
Weeks 3 - 14: 250 mcg 2x/week
Im just a little surprised that this 10mg itty bitty bottle will last me .... 14 weeks? is that right?

No, you're mistaking iu for insulin units. They are not the same. Yes, 2cc does equal 200 insulin 'units'.

That's exactly what I'm saying - that IU stands for International Units. Every post regarding Melanotan II refers to IU when IU is incorrect. They should be simply saying 'units' or to be more precise, mL, because when using an insulin syringe, the 'units' aren't IUs, they are insulin 'units' which are simply milliliters (mL).
If you take it an feel like crap then take same benedryl...the crappy feeling some get when taking it pre or post tan is caused be a histamine reaction in your body....take some benedryl..youll feel better and it wont hinder the results...but i personalll take mine before bed and never more the 250mcg ....that way i dont get random freckles/moles that pop up and stay..

yes. 100 mcg for 3 days, then 250 mcg for 8 days, then 250mcg everyday and on tanning days i use 250mcg pre and post tanning. Good results so far.
I overdosed I think on day two. I used 3 ius and got a major BP spike and my skin flushed red. I'm on my fourth day... I'm thinking I should just stay at 2 units for now. That spike was scary... I reconstituted same as you with 2mls of bac stat water.
Wondering if I'll develop a tan if I stay at 2 ius for a while? No positive sexual sides at all...
I have that almost every time i inject, a bp spike and a skin flush. I inject 5iu with that same reconstitution. Yes you will tan if you front load at 2 ius for a week and a half. Just front load, then tan after that. When i tan i inject pre and post tanning.
oh and i only had the sexual sides the first time. none afterwards.

I've been doing it for a little over two weeks... I've gotta a nice little glow going on. I do it before bed so I don't get any sides... However, yesterday I did it around noon and was feeling yucky the rest of the say..

I tan very easy and noticed a difference the end of the first week.. Abaddon is doing it as well and he does not tan well.. He's very noticeable now! I think you will be happy do a before shot so you can compare.

Yes, that is exactly how I reconstituted mine as well.
2ml bac water added to the 10mg Mt2
10iu =0.5mg
5iu=0.25mg
2iu~0.1mg
Pre load all your syringes (it's kinda tedious) then put them in an opaque tupperware in the freezer. Pull one out and let thaw for ten min before administering. This will prevent the Mt2 from degrading since we are using such a small amount and its going to last awhile.
Won't freezing the preloaded syringes crack them the same way that freezing water expands and cracks glass in the freezer?
waltri doubt it would, he's talking about preloading 5ius max, which is 1/20th of the syringes capacity.
picture putting 1oz of water in a 20oz water bottle, it's not gonna break it when it freezes
