+ 1 Triphala Fruit Pills
I'm sure a lot of the seasoned vets are very familiar with this supplement, but I just learned about this from my mother in-law. Staying regular while running Tren has been a struggle and I am coming up on the end of a recomp challenge at my gym. The top prize is a full year of both membership dues and personal training. I have lost 14lbs of fat while gaining 18lbs of lean mass (13lbs of water and 5lbs of dry muscle). They are using the In-Body machine which sends an electrical pulse through to measure your water, muscle, and fat independently. Since they are giving a 2 point multiplier for muscle gain, 1 point for fat loss, and 1/2 for total body weight loss or gain I want to win and am using this supplement to get rid of my extra waste along side lasix to shed water. Ok....Back to the point here. I thought it would be a good idea to share with my brothers and sisters here about this supplement. It is a way to stay regular without laxatives. I went to my local organic food store and found that they carried both Himalaya brand and Gaia brand. I went with Gaia due to the potency of the pills being 100mg per pill as opposed to 450mg with Himalaya. Both were 60ct and about $10. After using the product for two days and using 1 pill after breakfast and one at night it really delivers. I have used psyllium husk in the past, but didn't care for the slimy texture. I didn't experience any discomfort using Triphala and it has really helped clean me out. Granted it has only been a couple of days, but it seems to be working great.
