Okay, sometimes I see people with insane vascularity. Like the links I posted above, you can see that it is not a normal amount of vascularity. Most people would agree that it gives the muscles a better look and more freaky. So how do you get it?
I know there are a ton of variables that can affect if a person will have a lot of veins showing or not. Obviously body fat has to be lower, diet has to be good, warmer temperature, good water intake, training needs to be intense with lots of pumps.
Also genetics has a lot to do with it. Thick or thin skin? Veins close to the surface of the skin or buried underneath and not visible. Blood pressure

But beyond that is there anything we can do to increase it? What works for you? Is there any specific med that might help? Niacin? BP meds, certain steroids? EQ, halotestin? Is there a specific type of diet that helps such as high carbs

For me I'm a pretty vascular person, but usually it only shows up during an arms workout. Also some days I never have vascularity, so I wonder if my diet is not optimal for vascularity. I am using test/eq/tren and anavar which are all known to increase vascularity. Currently my vascularity is decent but nowhere near what I would like. Interested to hear everyone's opinions

i havent ran very many compounds and am fairly new to AAS, so i cant really speak much on which ones more than others can increase vascularity, but for me its definitly genetic.

long before i ever touched gear i had ridiculous roadmap vascularity, running all through my arms, front delts, and up my neck. ive always had a pretty low bf% so im sure that helps, and drank LOTS of water from the beginning of my lifting. even before i started now that i think about it.

since i started cycling, this run especially (test e and eq) ive noticed vascularity now even in my legs. everywhere else it has gotten insane thd last few weeks especially (nothing freakishly disgusting like in those links tho lol) which like other have already mentioned, i attribute to high blood pressure which i know for a fact i have, and also because of the warm weather.

ive always had "thin skin" you could say, so genetics is imo the biggest factor for my own vascularity. even as a little kid it was like my skin was transparent and you could see the veins in my upper chest/front delt region clear as day. everyone used to think it was gross, now its bad ass and LOTS of people ask me what i do to get them like that. until now i wasnt even sure, and now i realize its mostly my genetics

A lot of those dudes are like 6% bf. I'm sure that's a lot to do with it. My arms are pretty vascular... The lower my bf gets (around 12) I get veins in my chest, lower stomach, quads.

its genetic , with tren and halo

I heard stuff like T3, HGH, and clen can also increase vascularity. I guess it reduces bodyfat specifically under the skin

yes but there will always be a limit to how much u get

For me simple carbs prior to workout seem to increase it the most, as well as pre-workout drinks and l-arginine.
