Its funny, certain parts of my body are getting better development than ones that I have focused on. I wish I had the solid feel of my forearm in other muscles. Well its a work in progress.

Im the same mate, My forearms get a massive pump like it's about to blow whenever I do pulling excercises (plenty of easy ones there boys) lol

Wish the pump was in my pecs or lats instead.

If ur feeling ur forearms getting worked and fatigued Too much when doing pullin excersises then u should try using wrist straps and grab the bar or watever ur using like with just 4 fingers no thumb and grab it like a hook, youll feel ur lats/back way more than ur forearms and bis.

Yea man for me its all about isolating each mucsle group u know, i already do forearms on arms day so i try to minimize it wen doing back.
