I have an earlier shot of the same exact arm posted, I started noticing an improved vascularity and muscle hardnes about 1 month in to using Anabolic Nation Primo 200. I am now using Primo250.
Im not looking to be massive, just to improve the quality of what I have, and so far Mutas products are helping me get there.
