deca cycle once a year to help improving joints

ad

i will keep it short and sweet i blast and cruise basically doing 15 week test/tren/mast cruising for 6-8 weeks but was contemplating doing one deca cycle every so often to help improve joints as ive had acl surgery a few years back but feel it its still not back to 100% ie my left leg is still smaller than right leg so my theory being doing a deca cycle will maybe improve it

The problem I have with deca is I get strong as FUCK on deca. I always get a little carried away adding plates to my big lifts deads, squats, even benchpress. IDK about you guys but when I'm on deca I feel like weights are made of styrofoam!!!!

if you can control yourself to not lift heavy while healing an injury I suppose it would help speed up the process a little bit.

But like Nitti said IGF is better to help with your injury or TB500

Deca doesn't improve joints. Deca promotes production of Type-1 collagen which does nothing but mask joint issues. It will hurt you in the long run. You need to find a way to actually repair connective tissue (type-3 collagen production). IGF-1 is the only thing that I've ever heard of that actually REPAIRS connective tissue. Deca will hide the pain and cushion the joints just enough that you feel comfortable to go heavy and you really fuck yourself up.

so if i did deca and did some rehab then that wouldnt be beneficial then

Yes if you took it EASY during rehab

yeah was thinking of doing some sort of physio at start then progressing slowly on to lightweights and so on and as the benefits of deca with its collegan synthesis properties would help slowly bring the weak knee up

Ohh and if you find another way, please, let me know. I'm all fucked up with joint issues too.
