+ 1 My Experience With DNP And Why YOU Shouldn’t Use It!!! Or should you??
If you enjoy massive amount of sweating, wanting to eat not only any food insight but a lot of fin carbs, feeling like ass every minute, having nonexistent sleeping every night, getting weaker, and cuming yellow shit that stains everything just like the pill you take. Then this write up is not for you!!
(If you don’t have a lot of time to read my life story lol skip to last paragraph)
I spent a lot of my years being massively obese and having problems until 2010 my new year’s resolution kicked in, when I was 21 and starting college. I decided to change my life for the better and to this day even better then before. Granted I spent 2 hard years dieting correctly lifting every night just about and cardioing until id die to lose weight. I went from 340lb down to a nice 220 pounds by the summer of 2012. So now what? I asked myself?? I was always strong I played high school football and I also played a year in college at a d1 school. Well by the time summer of 2012 came around I thought hell its time to get big put some muscle on this 6’4 220lb frame of mine. Sitting at around 24% body fat I still had a lot of work to do. Granted I put work in from a 340lb 33% body fat ass, but I wanted more! I worked hard and by end of September I was a good 240lb and around 20 percent body fat. I was just starting to research online about everything possible. What could help me get to my 220 or 230lb frame and low body fat. Hell clen and t3 sure, I got some good results with that but I only got down to 225lb and 17 percent body fat. I was running out of things to do I didn’t want to pin just yet I was scared. So I moved on to DNP….
The first time I ran dnp was right before I decided to run my first cycle about a month before around october. I dropped down on a week of dnp about 10 pounds people thought I was sick, boy I felt like I was sick too. But it was worth it. 220lb and 15 percent bodyfat. So now it was time to do things big. I started my first cycle ever; it was a tough one I ran test e at 500mg ,deca at 250 with a kick starter tbol at 40mg. November 5th right before I turned 23 was my first day, boy was I fin scared. What if something happens what if’s what if’s. I really believe being on roids was better than when I lost my virginity sorry but I enjoyed the fuck out of this. My lifts went up, I wanted to bang every piece of ass that walked by me haha (lucky me I was a single little fucker) and I ate a lot and loved it. I kind of thought to myself well I’m on gear doing bulk. Shit did I ever. All my lifts went up at least 30 to 50 pounds. But as with the lifts so did my weight. My waist line stayed the same but shit I couldn’t fit in anything of mine. My waist could easily get in my jeans but my thighs or calves had no chance. My shoulders said fuck these t-shirts I want something big, and if it wasn’t my shoulders it was my chest or back having issues.
I ended up after my cycle and my pct at around 260lb 20 percent bodyfat. Let’s just say I fucked up in the diet and cardio area. I finished middle of February and started DNP a week after pct was all done. With the thought of well im going to run it until im 210lb. Boy was that stupid after 7 weeks I lost a lot of strength I actually had to stop using dnp bec my strength took such a beating. I ran so much fin cardio to cut weight down. God was I stupid, the second week on the crap I was dropping weight but boy was I craving just shit. Cookies, cake, just a bunch of surgery carbs. It was like that the whole entire time I was on. Ive come to realize I spent almost 150 dollars on just shit food. Some weeks I didn’t lose weight. Now you have to remember I am a fat boy for life. It’s hard enough for me without the help of dnp to have crap food or overeat for that matter. I didn’t grow in the gym I looked like shit. My arms took a beating in size. Anyways to cut this short after 7 weeks I ended up at 215lb and 15percent body fat FUCK MY LIFE!!! Its now been five days and I’m at a comfortable 230 now…Do I even want to check my bodyfat???.. And strength is slowly coming back……. I spent 7 weeks of my life supplementing with t3, SIBUTRAMINE and using dnp to drop a lot of weight don’t get me wrong, I did I mean a lot. But my body composition really went to shit more than anything else. So what did I learn from this?? Stay away from dnp, all in all I had better results with just t3 and clen because I felt good and could actually gain strength instead of losing it. One of the worst things for someone trying to get stronger and cut weight is to get weaker it’s just a awful mental feeling that gets a person so depressed at the same time. And for me I lift somewhat heavy, but when my best lift drops 60 pounds in two weeks…..Someone needs to smack me….. DNP free as of the 9th. As a personal note I think dnp could be effective at short week burst kind of like clen is used maybe in-between using clen.

Recently ran 300mg a day for ten days and lost 5 lbs. An abundance of water, vitamins, and electrolytes kept all sides to a minimum. I will definitely run it again.

No it doesnt fuck with your heart. Im poppin 750mg of crystal right now, and fat is melting off and I feel amazing! Still wokring out 7 days a week, 5 lift days and 7 cardio days

Chaz32621Personally DNP is by far the best thing ive ever used, it literally is god's drug. Besides the side effects ive never dropped weight so damn fast. Now im sitting at 223 while on my cylce trying to cut some weight and boy its harder then fucking hell. Doing an hour of cardio a day along with a circut traning workout program just makes things rough. That and eating like a bird all day........

And I started at 13st3 and now I'm a 12st4.5 in a month.
I did 250 dose as well but 125 is easily manageable.

Chaz32621Yes I was desperate at times, I'd ran it 750 to 1 gram a day it'd get intensive. I'd have the windows opened and the ac running at the same time lmao. But I lost 45 pounds kept off 35 of it. Was trying to lean up as much as possible before I started my lean bulk cycle

I ran DNP for 2 weeks @ 250mg per day and had FANTASTIC results. I didn't get any of the horrible sides you mentioned because I took proper support supplements. I also didn't run it at ridiculously high levels to compensate for lack of dieting. You lost strength because your diet was fucking terrible. Muscles don't run off cookies. I didn't lose ANY strength or size, just belly fat.
So before you go blaming DNP for all your woes, blame yourself for poor discipline

Chaz32621Bro chill man lol, I ran it for a week and I supplmented just fine I kept my strength and everything my first go around it was short and with great reuslts. However when I decided that 7 weeks was so fin smart which wasnt is where I went wrong. I just want to educate people on my results from it. I didnt start craving junk till my third week in. But all in all I lost about 45lb. But the fact I got so damn obsessive over the scale I think killed me the most. Personally I think 2 weeks on clen then the 2 weeks off of it run dnp would be the best bet.
All in all I learned a lesson the hard way just sharing my thoughts with everyone.
And I dont see many 6'4 230lb in 30 inch waist walking around. Ive came a long way.

My apologies for sounding very brash, it just seemed like you were bashing DNP when you lost 45lbs in 7 weeks which is incredible for a fat burner. Especially after you lost the "easy fat" 20%-30% as we both know fat comes off slower as our BF percentages go down.
Yes 7 weeks is very long. At the end of 2 weeks, I did not feel "healthy" If I would of kept going past 2 weeks, I probably would of gotten nasty sides
Chaz32621Haha yah I will never go past two weeks man just not worth it. DNP is by far one of the most interesting drugs I have ever used that along side clen. On my first use, I had a nasty cramp in my neck and I was like wow this clen is interesting but when turain was in the picture things changed lol.
Chaz32621O I should have added I almost got fired from my part time job because apparently I was drinking to much water, and sweating abundant amount of sweat over are membership desk. Come on hasn't no one seen a man drink 2 gallons of water in 8 hours??!! I mean thats so normal........... Lol good thing I never had to take a leak shit was spilling out down the sides of my forehead neck arms chest back legs feet lol..... I told them I had a fever. I need my job it pays for school and my gear lol its for a good cause.

Chaz32621Personally, I think clen by itself is better then any fat burner out right now. I always thought oxy elite was hot shit till i started using clen. Then adding t3 was even better, however..... when I went to get blood work done before my first cycle it was a little low then normal im sure the t3 i was using had caused that, you know a suppression from my own. Or the fact I ran dnp for a week and stopped it 4 days before blood work may had caused some issues as well. Once I got my blood work done after my cycle and pct it was normal agian little high actually. This was before my 7 weeks of dnp use. O lol I may want to throw in I used clen for 2 weeks boy I had to do it really low but I felt like crap. My actually college studies took a dive from all this shit. Thankfully finals are the first week in may so I have time to cram for everything I may have missed. Ill tell you something tho clen and dnp together wow fantastic results. Granted I lost 45lb in 7 weeks give or take. Thats almost 6 pounds a week but I know I know I lost muscle mass so it wasn't worth all the effort I put in. All in all clen is safe on the muscles, its alot slower but sometimes its not how fast you get there but its about how safe on your body and your muscles you worked so hard for that wins the race. I tell you something tho there was days I was on dnp like theres no way I lost weight, id wake up the next day get on the scale and be like what the fuck I lost weight.....lol. It was funny a friend of mine was using it for the same amount of weeks. He texted me and said "dude I was 225 this morning on the scales ate a bunch of protein for breakfast and here I am at lunch time hungry as shit but the scale says 223lb" Sad to say hes 180 now and skipped 3 days at the gym bec he feels so fin weak...... But hes off aswell lol
