2 a days while on cycle??

ad

Whats your guys take on this. When I ran my first cycle last winter, test e 500mg deca 250mg and tbol kickstart at 40mg I did it. Was hungry as shit but I went up quick on weights in the gym and on the scale. So im doing my second cycle test p, e at 100/500mg for 12 weeks prop starter and prop ending with var at end. Trying to cut weight put muscle on you know. Anyways I was thinking ill have time to kill this summer no college off on break and I work part time so I was thinking cardio morning hour and abs for 30min then lift at night for hour or so. Then when im pct drop it down. I just wanna get max results again this time around.

I've done it, but you'll burn through your energy, joints, and tendons real quick if you're not careful. I wouldn't recommend lifting with the same intensity that you do your cardio at unless you've got some HGH running through you. It's murder on the joints.

consider anavar. It's helpful with collagen synthesis like deca, and you can run low dose 50mg for like 8 weeks.

Works in a bulking or cutting cycle. You can also get good strength gains with Var.

I see now problem with two a days on cycle. Just remember nutrition is vital, you have to consider the extra energy expenditure on extra training. Recovery and gains on cycle are dependent on what goes on in the kitchen (provided you are training hard).

I have actually done a similar plan to yours except I eat with an IF style (not for everyone but works for me). Thats is, wake cardio/abs (fasted with only bcaas), smash bcaas until my first meal at about 2pm (big meal with low GI carbs for glycogen replenishment), train at 6pm, postworkout meal is massive. Thats its.

I use extend - only because most BCAA taste like crap. I only eat two meal, pre and post workout. I am usually so full I dont want to look at any more food

When I was younger and had less responsibility and more free time I trained doing double splits for quite some time and got amazing results, especially on cycle. My split was 3 days and one day off with Day 1 -Chest/bi's (cardio), Day 2 - Back/tri's (cardio), Day 3 - legs/shoulders and abs. So I would do chest in AM and bi's in evening for example. For abs and cardio I would do those at night with the smaller muscle groups like bi's and tri's. No cardio on leg day though. I know a lot of people like to stick to chest and tri's on same day and back and bi's together but I have always found splitting it up differently allows you to push harder on bi and tri workouts since they are a secondary muscle doing it the opposite.

Welcome. Good luck!

I been doing cardio/abs/calves some days morning then lifting in the late evening like 7-9pm.
Though if I'm working out back, chest or legs I won't do both same day.
