Do you guys take this ? Just heard a debate about it: drinking 1 glass of water 30 minutes before eating, to help detoxify the body.

AnonI'm buying QV a mini fridge to put nest to his side of the bed so there isn't frozen water bottles thawing for him to drink thru the night. Always pound a bottle when we wake up.

I do at least 1/2 a quart of ice tea (with a ton of lemon juice).. every morning..
right after I brush my teeth.. tightens up my stomach on the inside. very cold..
no sugar in the tea either. Ill go thru a gallon of tea every day.. and at least 2 gallons
of water..(easy)...pee like a race horse..the lemon in the tea is the bomb !!!

I'm going to follow your posts like a hawk. You are flooding the forums with moronic statements. Did you know that drinking a cold glass of water upon waking in the morning on an empty stomach will help speed the metabolic processed in the body; leading to increased fat oxidation? You probably did know that though huh?
