PCT and depression

ad

So, I'm in my first PCT. I'm uhh, almost two weeks in? On test e 500/wk and I did a prop taper at end. pct started two weeks after last e shot. sunday will be two weeks on my pct and man. In the morning (I guess since test is higher then) I'm normally okay, but like towards the end of the day I get strung out. I'm still on clomid 100 / nolva 40 or whatever. taking some d-aspartic acid, and even some P6 from cellucor that I had from like a year ago lol.

Either way, when night comes I just feel like hell. I have some HCG but I can't really see it doing anything positive at this point, but this is hard to manage. oh, in recovery too. christ I can't even capitalize my sentences.

LOL I have low test normally. like 180 low or something. I was considering trying for TRT but not just yet you know? I'm only 28.

th nolva/clomid pct makes me a bipolar lunatic. happy one minute, want to cry the next, then yelling at my roommate because my potatoes are still cold. i switched to torem/clomid pct. just stick this out and remember its just the pct making you feel lame and try doing torem in place of nolva next time. worked great for me.

mikebuie's picture

what dosage did you run the torem at?

scrotie mcboogerballs's picture

120/120/90/60 might be higher than needed, but its not as bad as nolva so no harm in running it a little high.

hmm. Do I even need nolva if I'm not gyno prone? I didn't use an AI all cycle and not the least of issues.

Shit I lost like 3" of my waist on cycle and moved it right to my chest.

its not really the gyno youre worried about during pct, and that doesn't really matter because that can hit you out of nowhere even if youve never shown signs of it before. just stick with it for the remainder of your pct and try the torem next time. and like they said, keep hitting it hard, my first couple pct my only real loses came from the lack of motivation, which i blamed on the nolva too, because as soon i used torem, motivation never left

you mean I think it's tormifene? I've also been taking erase pro during the pct. not every day but most days.

scrotie mcboogerballs's picture

yeah, toremifene. if you feel like the erase pro does anything than stick with it. the only otc thing i ever use in pct is just some simple arginine akg. the torem and clomid alone are enough to get your hormones back to the right levels

u need to get out of your head first of all. negative thinking will only bring you down. running is a great idea and if you are really feeling down some good ol black coffee can pick u up. but i think your best bet is finishing out your protocol and learn from this cycle so u have a better run next time. just know u will be fine in a few weeks time bro. i would also keep training hard bc it is easy to lose most of your gains when ur having a hard post cycle. try training in the morning since u say thats when u feel best. and u have a great community of bros here who are always here for u if youre feeling particularly down. and remember, "AINT NUTHIN BUT A PEANUT!" - Ronnie Coleman

update: Haha that coleman quote keeps reminding me all day. thanks for that bro. I flopped at training yesterday. I'll try again today I think. I work in a warehouse so I did some pullups on the forks today to exhaustion. shit feels good.

Thanks man. Haha I knew I needed to post here because you guys understand. I do this stealth so I can't like talk to the girl I'm seeing about it. And she just thinks I'm a moody bastardhah

Well you should have used the correct protocol with the hcg, would have helped test levels rise again, it's mind over matter mate coming off cycle. Just have to man up and push through it! I always find running a good pick me up.

phydo's picture

Alright thanks. So it's definitely like a real condition then? Like endocrine withdrawal?

I thought about running yesterday maybe I will today or tomorrow

Don't run the hcg now. It's past the point where it would have been beneficial. Now it will actually be a hindrance. Hang in there, pct can cause depression. The pct meds, low t, possible high etrogen, etc all play a role. Keep on your schedule and you should see significant progress within a week. Also, check over your source for pct. make sure all of their reviews are sill positive. If you need to get new pct- DO IT
