If u have some gyno lumps remainig from a prior cycle what would have the bezt effect on getti.g rid of it. I have some minor lumps and was wondering what my vezt option was

Depends on how far off cycle you are and did you develop it during cycle. If your relatively close to your cycle and the gyno is new than yes...it is possible to shrink it down to a small pea size. If you have had it for a long time then it is less likely. Letro is very effective though and is used as a last resort by oncologist only after others medicines have been tried.
Did not develop it during, i am also unsure if it is gyno for sure. I did a clomid/nolva Pct after cycle and due to changes in my personal schedule was not getting to the gym as much and noticed my chest and nipple area being very loose(how can i explain) umm if i jump up and down i can feel my pecs almost bouncing like. I have never had gyno and really dont feel lumps but def a slight swell in my nipple unless its cold then they perk up. This prob sounds dumb didnt know how else to explain it
What your describing is called pseudo gyno. It is a build up of fatty tissue around the nipples. If you do not have hard painful lumps then you do not need letro protocol. You need more cardio and a lot of push-ups lol. The good news is it isn't true gyno.
No1If you dont feel a lump behind your nipple its not gyno, and if it is a lump and its been there a while you wont be getting rid of it with anything other than surgery, iv been there and done that
