TEEN dies from dnp

Can you do cardio or lift while on DNP?

j223's picture

I am not defending DNP at all in any way, BUT I don't think it is any more dangerous than T3 or CLen.

Here's an autopsy confirming supplemented thyroid hormone as cause of death.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7304660

Clen has caused so many heart problems, the stuff scares me. Clen is much more dangerous than people may think. Especially at some of the doses I've seen people taking.

DNP on the other hand, sure it can be dangerous, but thats only if abused in a similar matter as clen abuse or T3 abuse.
Typically dnp side effects are very very low, sweating, and mild lethargy. It's only when taken in mega doses where it can cause problems.

I found the article to be vague, it didn't mention what was found during the autopsy. He might of had a congenital health defect, if that was the case the DNP might of aided in his death, but it wouldn't have caused his death, but I am speculating because the article left out some important parts. It also mentions "medical literature has attributed 62 deaths to DNP", that is not very many documented deaths for the amount of people using the drug. Cocaine seems more dangerous than DNP according to those odds and I did my fair share of that. Who hasn't? Even the President did it and so did the last one. Maybe since I did use hard drugs in my past I would be willing to use DNP. Everything is a risk, even driving, but if done responsibly the odds of the risk to reward can be in your favor. I believe with education you can accomplish your goals, even to lose BF% from DNP and do it relatively safely. When people using a substance think more is better and go heavy, they end up overdosing. It is no different than the bed-ridden fat person that cant control there food intake, only they have an addiction and food takes years to harm or kill you.

Great post, 62 deaths in 80 years of use is not a lot at all. It's just like whenever a toxicology is performed and they find steroids in someones blood after they die steroids are always to blame. Bros get all bent out of shape when the media blame steroids for the death, but then they turn into hypocrits saying DNP is the worst chemical ever created whenever there is a DNP related death.

jpal's picture

Do you know what dnp has been used for it is by all means a very harsh chemical

whiteNcrispy's picture

Oh it doesn't sound so bad:

"... 2,4-DNP and smaller amounts of 2,3- and 2,6-DNP are used in the synthesis of dyes, picric acid, pyramid acid, wood preservatives, photo developing, explosives, and insecticides."

I know, that sounds like it would be a dangerous chemical that would burn you when handled with bare skin, but it is safe to the flesh. The thing that makes it dangerous is the effects it causes when ingested, it raises the body's temperature, which is the desired effect to lose fat, and if you take it for too long you will turn your body into a crock pot and roast your organs. If you look at table salt, it is made from 2 harsh chemicals, chloride and sodium. When they are together to make salt they are harmless, except for the fact salt causes heath problems over time when ingesting to much.

They turn into hypocrites

Why, because they choose not to use it? I can see you're an avid defender of the stuff so you must use it, but this is just post about a kid who was using it and died. Why is it bothering you so much? I personally would never use this stuff! I have no need for starters but it just doesn't seem worth the risk to me. Same with Clen/T3 and fucking with your thyroid at all. But that's just one mans opinion. They are all entitled as you are entitled to love the shit and defend it

I use T3, T4, and Clen, I feel like I have the education and experience to get the benefits from it without many negative sides. I never use more than 100mcg of T3 and 140mcg of Clen, plus I am in my 20's. I would not use these substances if I was 35+ because of the stress they put on your cardiovascular system, these are drugs for the young if used for weightloss. I will only use them for a period of 3 weeks with a 3 week off period. I like to start out at a low dose and slowly raise it, and then down dose off of them. The sides are less traumatic that way. I am in charge of my own body and I feel I am making responsible decisions, I know what the consequent are.

Nitti's picture

Hey brother, that's your decision. Your body, you have every right to make that call and use what you wish. That's my point. Just because we disagree doesn't mean either one of us are wrong. We can agree to disagree. I don't appreciate being called a hypocrite for my decisions. That's all.

not a substance to be messed around with, ironic how this pops up after several posts recently suggesting dnp is no big deal and all the dangers are blown out of proportion.
Ill never touch this stuff, to each their own though......

I bet theres something else to this story...

The media always portrays negativity. How many stories do we see "Suicde caused by steroid roid rage" articles?

ruski's picture

id like to know the dose.

Nitti's picture

And ppl wonder why we say its dangerous. What a shame! Pointless.
