DAMN we're F*ckin' FAT!!
So I was out shopping in the mall this weekend for Christmas gifts. I took a break in the food court. Sat down, pulled out my phone to check out eroids. I stopped to take a deep breath and look around. "Damn she's big! Ohh shit that's a fat mufukr! And another!" After sitting there looking around for 10 minutes or so I realized that out of the hundreds (maybe thousands ) of people I looked at in that mall, about 8 out of 10 were fat! And only 1 other guy actually looked like he lifted/trained. I get home later that night and go for shopping. Now I'm paying attention! Same thing, everyone is waaaay over weight. It prompted me to do some research. I mean we all hear it constantly ,"Americans are getting fatter. America is the fattest nation in the world. America is lagging behind in education!" I never stopped to actually think about it until this weekend. 62.8% of Americans are overweight or obese! Holy shit! Almost 2/3 if America is overweight. And the child obesity rate is alarming. I have two little ones. I'll be dammed if I let my kids get like that. Lucky for me my genetics won't allow bf and I've been active in sports since I was walking. Is it partially because Americans are getting dumber? We're definitely not where we used to be on education. No wonder the rest of the world calls us the Dumb Fat kids! Makes me thankful for this lifestyle. Call me a jock, meat head, juicer, whatever. In fact pick any word you want out of the dictionary, I'll be that too! You sit there in your recliner with a beer and some chips and call me whatever you want. I have a friend who's overweight and I've been trying to get them to come to the gym. Finally they came out and said "who has time for that". What like I have time? I have nothing better to do than go workout? I treat it like a job! I eat, train, sleep, breathe this shit and that's what keeps me in tip top shape! I'm a little off topic here! I guess I was just really shocked when I finally stopped and took a look! This is the only country in the world where the "impoverished" are walking around obese. Mufukrs are eating! Can't be that bad!

brother, lets talk economics, this country makes it very difficult to eat properly, its far cheaper to spend $5 at jack in the box than buy healthy choices... You have parents literally raising their children on McDonald's, mac n cheese and chicken nuggets cuz "...who has time?"
Processed and genetically altered foods are a staple of diet as well as economy in this country. Other countries don't even want our food :(
I dont think its economic I think its laziness. I eat chicken and rice all day long 10 oz chicken 1 cup rice per meal thats about $1.35. 1 trip to mcdonalds 7 or 8 bucks per person. People would rather pay more and be lazy then save money and eat quality. chicken eggs and rice are cheap, people are just lazy and dont want to cook.

Anonwell its not just the cheeseburgers that are cheap. Take a look at grocery stores in poorer areas, you wont find an organic section, and there will be a huge chip and soda aisle, plus like half an aisle dedicated to wonder bread.

Lately ive noticed the same thing.After reading your post I thought about it and my opinion is that these issues are occurring by design.Adult obesity,childhood obesity have risen at an alarming rate.The Public education system teaching things that are pretty much irrelevant in ordinary day to day life, other than the basic fundamentals of reading, writing,comprehension,and mathematics.It seems the majority of students by the 12th grade are not taught how to balance a checkbook, or the economics of investing for their future.Futher reading into the history of the public school system I have learned that John D Rockefeller originally funded the General Education Board which was the basis for the modern day public school system.Their intent was not to build an institution to teach people to be infinitely wise.Their main focus and goal was to organize children,and create reliable,predictable and obedient citizens.Once they have been "molded" as they thought fit, then they would become tools of governance for the up and coming industries that these financiers would soon proliferate.So now there have begun generations of people that have become smart enough to know exactly what the industrialists expected from them and exactly how to do it.But yet not wise enough to understand the total grand scheme of everything to allow them to think for themselves and question.In the end this was created so the big corporations could now thrive and profit and use the "assets" that they have created to their own advantage.These issues are all interrelated as if you now look at the issue of obesity in this country it has become a rather large business with enormous profits.Hell one doesnt even have to get out of their car to get a greasy 3000 calories of shit to shove in their face.And the fast food industry is booming.Lastly and probably the industry of healthcare.The history of that industry was also began and funded by some of the same industrial financiers.If you think about it they have created an enormous base and future potential of profiting from these systems that have been created.You create a mass of people who are smart enough to do as they are told but yet not wise enough to make good choices about their own personal health.They get caught up in the rat race , no time for cooking,or eating right because they have to work to keep up with the joneses.Years and years of eating shit food and a stressful hectic pace,then they wonder as to why all of a sudden their health is compromised.Just look at the increase of diabetes ,cancers, diseases coming out of nowhere that they just create new names for.Then when its way too late they then become a number in another booming billion dollar Industry, the American Healthcare System.Its only my opinion based on some things that ive read.In the end it comes down to the individual, to make good choices, regarding education , health for themselves and their families.Because it has been proven that the "others" arent there to really help , they just want the money.

I blame the welfare system for a large part of this problem. People are poor as hell but have food cards worth more than what I spend on groceries. So here we have people that are living in gov't subsidized housing, no education to speak of, and a bunch of $ on a food card. That turns food into a form of entertainment for these people. Laziness plays a huge else in this as well. To eat healthy u have to n cook. These lazy welfare pricks would rather pop a pizza in the oven or microwave some nasty ass chicken nuggets that get a skillet out and cook for themselves? I guess this could come back to education as well though. Maybe they don't know how to cook? Problem is in America kids drop out of school get pregnant get on welfare and ignore their kids plopping them on front of the tv for a babysitter and give them a plate of fried starches and fat. Now leave me alone kids so I can go try to knock up the gal living in the trailer next to us? I hate it... At the same time it makes me feel empowered because I have enough desire and will power to do what I do. I hear soooo many people complain about being heavy and out of shape. I say do something about it! I get a blank look back. Most Americans want somebody else to do everything for them. Fact is only u can make urself get on the treadmill only u can make urself do 5 sets of 6-10reps. People want a gastric bypass or a magic pill that melts the fat away. I've seen heavy people get bypass surgery it helps them lose lots of weight, but w/ out diet and exercise to accompany it their all soft a flabby still w/ excess skin. There is no cure for this disease of laziness in America and I'm sorry to say but it's only going to get worse. When I was a kid I wanted a baseball glove or a football or a new bike for Xmas kids today want an iPad or a smartphone or the new video game. Kids don't ride bikes anymore, cause they are practicing what they see at home. This is mere by living a sedintary lifestyle... To me this is why ur kids are active and I was active when I was a kid. I was taught and sounds like ur teaching ur kids laziness is unacceptable. Long story short ur right nitti!!!!!

If you look at animals at the zoo, they get fat as fuck because everything is done for them. That's why zoos very seldom bring dangerous animals like lions and tigers in directly from the wild because they are much more likely to be able to jump out of an enclosure.
