+ 8 The Future of AAS Recovery: Triptorelin
Italian endocrinologists managed to restore the natural testosterone production of a bodybuilder whose sex hormone production had shut down after 13 years of taking steroids. All they had to do was give the 34-year-old man a single dose of 100 micrograms triptorelin. An article by the researchers, who work at the University of Brescia, was published recently in Fertility & Sterility.
The bodybuilder went to a doctor in September 2008 because he was depressed, had no energy and had lost all interest in sex. He told the doctor he’d been using steroids since he was 21.
The guy took 10-week courses. Typically he would inject a daily 25 mg nandrolone and 25 mg stanozolol for the first 8 weeks, and follow it with 2 weeks of 50 mg mesterolone daily [say: primo]. The following week he would take 50 mg clomid daily, and for the last week he’d inject himself three times with 2000 IE hCG.
Well, that’s what the doctors reported. Probably the man took hCG first and clomid after. What’s more the doses sound very responsible to us. If bodybuilders tell doctors how much steroids they’ve been using, in our experience you need to triple the doses.
How many courses the man took each year is also not mentioned in the article.
The bodybuilder did jack up his doses from 2005 to 2008. During the 8 weeks that he injected stanozolol and nandrolone, he also started to use boldenone, injecting an average of 50 mg per day for a period of 3 weeks. And that’s where it went wrong, according to the blood tests. The doctors examined the guy in September, but decided to just observe for a few months. A damaged axis often just needs time to recover. But when the doctors examined the bodybuilder’s blood again in January 2009, there had been hardly any improvement.
The doctors decided to treat the guy with the GnRH analogue triptorelin. GnRH is a hormone that consists of only 10 amino acids. It is produced in the brain by the hypothalamus and stimulates the production of FSH and LH by the pituitary gland. The hormones travel in the blood to the sex glands, where they get these to produce testosterone.
The bodybuilder responded immediately to the hormone treatment. Within several minutes the concentration of LH and FSH in his blood had risen.
The doctors saw the bodybuilder 10 days later. His energy had returned and the testosterone concentration in his blood had risen to 7 ng/ml. Another three weeks later, his testosterone level was still normal, and his libido had returned too.

Wow. Great post. This is good news although I'm now more confused regarding PCT than ever.
if youre a newb i wouldnt consider this route at this point. trip pct is so new there isnt a lot of evidence for it. a few guys here and there and even their reviews have been mixed. plus if you really do plan this pct you best have a traditional PCT protocol on hand in the event this one doesnt work for you.

along with some peptides:

i am interested in seeing blood levels before and after using this for PCT. it would be very nice if it can replace the typical PCT methods.
yeah, i read this same review in osta-gain's "description' and review of there version of Gnrh analogue triptorelin.. i dont question its findings , i question that ANY peptide company can make it for 50$ AHAHAHA when real labs who create chemical assays and phytokines, and protiens never sell for under 3500$ for 1 ng.!!! not 1 mg.

from everything i have read, you use gnrh acetate, not analogue and nothing else. everything else is useless accept for acetate

if you look in my pics, i have triptorelin im going to use in PCT. you need to make sure when you order it that it is triptorelin acetate. im really excited to give it a try and see how it goes. i have my standard PCT on hand in the event its no good, but i will be getting bloods done either way to see how well i recover, and how quickly
Legit trip is a wonder drug I've used it and it works. the down side is that it feels like your balls are have growing pains this caused me to take a week off of heavy training but i only lost 3 lbs in pct while strength stayed the same. depending on how well you and your doctor get along I suggest being honest and saying that you would like to quit steroids but are afraid of what will happen when you do. That plus the fact that i refused to go off unless my endocrineologist made sure he would do what ever it took help me fully recover as quickly as possible.
I would definitely like to see this incorporated into the standard PCT Protocol we use today with nolva, clomid and aromasin.

There are multiple threads on different forums from over a year ago that seem to go nowhere. Then a few posts from recent months where guys are wondering what happened with it, haven't found any positive results. They all just begin with referring to the same one study and end with people saying it completely shut them down or did absolutely nothing.
I'm on pct right now and my libido is in the shitter, if this shit turns out to be legit, then obviously that's great, but I'm not gonna be the guinea pig here.
Wow - like the clouds have parted and a beam of PCT sunlight is shining through, lol. Going through PCT right now ... headaches, multi-doses ea day, etc. Not to state the obvious - but this protocol would be SO much easier - and if you add up the cost of all those goodies such as clomid, nolva, stane, etc. - you could pay quite a lot for this and still break even. But even better, the convenience!!

I have been craving information on this. In my limited research I found that 1. It has been faked before 2. Not enough reviews of the product lead to each and every experiment being questionable. 3. The dosing is VERRY IMPORTANT because too much of triptorelin can "chemically castrate" your balls. In a sense overload it so much it is painful, and can do unknown damage.
4. People that had success with it could not really nail down a good reccomended dose, because of the fear of chemical castration I believe those who actually got legit triptorelin did not dose it high enough for its best charecteristics.
Also we should take into account that the user in the aforementioned study had used the standard nolva clomid many times, and in theory if he abused it, could have desensitized himself to the efficacy of the nolva/clomid.
I have read that the effects of triptorelin can come on fast and diminish within two weeks. So I believe we may see people doing 3 somewhat smaller dosed shots over the period of a month to achieve a full pct.

It's marketed in the US by Watson as Trelstar. The top peptide source on here has Triptorelin available. Pretty cheap considering. Damn it would be interesting to see if anyone had any experience with this type of treatment.
i think they make Triptorelin Pamoate, the one we're looking for is the Acetate version..

bottom of page 6 it says it's easier to produce and can be stored at room temperature. But, how to dose it may be different. Hmmm dillema's. So my answer is....maybe pamoate might be just as effective.

you dont need to stay away, just dont go over the 100mcg recommended dose
well I have seen it in research chem companies and I heard that are not always precisely dosed
yea definitely! some of the side effects of this peptide look intense. nerve issues etc. Warrants some looking into. The paper also said that both acetate and pamoate has been around for awhile. It gave the impression that they were both readily available. Just have to change shipping methods. Pack a little dry ice with the acetate. Ha

I researched it a while back but figured since it's so new that it should probably be left alone until its been tried and proven to work as a pct for aas. But now you have inspired me to research it further.

I know first hand what they can cause when ran improperly. If there's any validity to this, it could completely change the way we cycle and pct. not to mention those who are lifetime hormone replacement patients. Thanks for the post.
cdaddy7You and i have had this discussion in the past of this GnRh badboy....I would love to get my hands on legit triptorelin as we had spoken about...the only thing close to comparison and really not is our PCT with Aromasin that GS,Zewi, and I formulated and successfully ran....now deserting the hpta axis virtually in a such a short time is awesome....can't wait to bring this to the arsenal....pct will never b the same....+1 brother and great info and topic

AnonDr. Michael scallys pct consisting of 20000iu of hcg to be administered at 10 2000iu shots every other day until completed. Along with the hcg the user will adminisyer clomid and nolva with the hcg for 45 days i believe, and I cant remember the dosage for those of the top of my head. Im currentl runnin a modified version of it mine includes hgh and I used hmg with the hcg shots.
